ABSTRAK

  Tugas Akhir ini menginvestigasikan proses pengontrolan sebuah elevator dengan menggunakan PLC OMRON ZEN. Tujuan dari penulisan tugas akhir ini menggunakan PLC OMRON ZEN secara otomatis. Penulis ingin mengetahui bagaimana PLC OMRON ZEN dapat mengontrol elevator agar dapat bergerak secara otomatis dengan melakukan pengujian yang dilakukan penulis menggunakan simulasi pengontrolan elevator. Dari hasil pengujian yang dilakukan penulis dapat diketahui bahwa PLC OMRON ZEN 10C1AR-A-V1 memiliki kehandalan 75% dalam melakukan pengontrolan sistem elevator pada setiap lantai. Dengan pemberhentian Car (Lift) selama 5 detik untuk lantai tujuan terdekat dengan tujuan pertama.

  Perancangan simulasi yang dilakukan pada pengontrolan elevator berbasis PLC OMRON ZEN ini dilakukan dalam tiga tahap. Pertama, perancangan

  

software mulai dari pendeskripsian kerja dari sistem kemudian pengalamatan

  komponen-komponen yang digunakan ke dalam bahasa yang dimengerti oleh PLC, pembuatan flowchart dan tabel kebenaran, selanjutnya masuk ke tahap pembuatan program pada komputer. Kedua, perancangan hardware yang dilakukan dengan pembuatan simulasi elevator. Dan tahap terakhir adalah penggabungan antara software dan hardware.

  ABSTRACT This final project describes the process of controlling an elevator with

OMRON ZEN PLC. The aim of this paper is to create a simulation application of

know how OMRON ZEN PLC can control the elevator that can moves

automatically by testing conducted by using a simulation of elevator control.

  

From the testing that the writer can know OMRON ZEN PLC 10C1AR-A-V1 has

a reliability of 75% in the controlling system of the elevator on each floor. With

the dismissal Car (Lift) for 5 seconds to the nearest destination floor with the first

goal.

  The design of the simulation based on elevator control OMRON ZEN PLC

was conducted in three stages. First, the design of software starts from the

description of a system and then addressing the components used to in a language

understandable by the PLC. Making the flowchart and truth table. The second

step began to enter the stage of making the computer program. In a second step

we tried to design hardware that is done by making the elevator simulation. And

the last stage is to do a merger between the software and hardware.
