Perlindungan Hak Kekayaan Intelektual merupakan program penguatan pelaksanaan program kerja secara berkelanjutan mengingat substansi Hukum dan HKI sebagai Unit Pengelola HKI berkewajiban untuk mendorong dan memfasilitasi unit kerja dalam rangka peningkatan jumlah aplikasi Hak Kekayaan Intelektual BPPT.

Terbitnya Peraturan Menteri Keuangan Nomor 72/ PMK.02/2015 tentang Imbalan yang berasal dari Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak Royalti Paten kepada Inventor diharapkan semakin memotivasi unit kerja, perekayasa, peneliti, dan teknisi litkayasa BPPT dalam melakukan perekayasaan/penelitian yang berorientasi HKI serta dengan harapan sistem pengelolaan HKI di BPPT ke depan lebih terintegrasi melalui suatu Sentra HKI.

SUMBERDAYA PENGEMBANGAN LABORATORIA BPPT TERPADU

Program Peningkatan Pembangunan Laboratoria BPPT Terpadu (PPLBT) adalah kegiatan pengembangan fasilitas pendukung baik berupa laboratoria maupun fasilitas pelatihan untuk mendukung kegiatan perekayasaan BPPT dalam melaksanakan tupoksinya dibidang pengkajian dan penerapan teknologi.
