Bhd. announced Private Placement on its shares ownership in the Company which was performed gradually in April 2010 with purpose to increase public ownership of Company’s shares and increase liquidity of Company’s listed shares in Indonesia Stock Exchange refer to Note 35b. Through the LPO I in November 2009, the Company received USD 252,795,717.45 and Rp 438,232,620,000 full amount for the issuance of 1,418,000,000 shares with a nominal value amounting to Rp 100 full amount per share.
