3.5 Procedure of Data Collection
In collecting the data, there were some steps that helped the writer in conducting the study. These sequences helped the writer in collecting data. They are as
follows: 3.5.1 Reading and watching
Reading the subtitle of dialogues or conversation and watching the movie for several times were the first steps in the procedure of collecting data. These should
be conducted to get more understanding about the movie. 3.5.2 Selecting
Selecting was the way of the writer searched for the parts of the movie related to the topic that were analyzed. The data were in the form of dialogues,
conversations and utterances from the movie. The following table was used for selecting overall data related to the topic

3.5.3 Classifying Classifying was the writer’s way to categorize data from selected data based on
the statements of the problems. This step was conducted in order to answer three

3.5.4 Reporting The last step was reporting data. After classifying based on the statement of the
problem, interpreting data that was taken for reporting the analysis and supported by selected and classified data has been founded.
3.6 Procedures of Analyzing Data
This study was conducted by using descriptive method, in which, the writer described phenomena through collecting or gathering data and doing the report by
using interpretation. In addition, since this study was qualitative, it emphasized some techniques. First, it was exposing data to get the meaning of the context.
Then, it used sociological approach for reference or the theory that underlied the data analysis. The last one was, drawing conclusion. This meant, the writer
answered statements of the problem in the previous chapter in the form of detail description and explanation from the selected data. Then, the description and
interpretation data based on writer’s findings were presented in the chapter four for the data analysis. The writer used Cultural Study to underlie Capitalism and
Feminism for Women Career. The writer also used Modern Sociology Theory as

the theory underlying and supporting the analysis for the relationship of Capitalism and Women Career concept.
