Based on the resolution at the EGM of Stockholders of the Company on December 21, 2005, the stockholders authorized the phase I plan to repurchase the Company’s issued and outstanding Series
B shares. The proposal for a stock repurchase program are under the following terms and conditions: i maximum stock repurchase would be 5 of the Company’s issued Series B shares with the total
cost not to exceed Rp.5,250,000 million; and ii the period determined for the acquisition would not be longer than 18 months December 21, 2005 to June 20, 2007.
