ABSTRAK
Usaha Mikro dan Usaha Kecil telah berperan penting dalam menyerap tenaga
kerja dan mendukung pendapatan masyarakat. Pemerintah telah banyak mengambil
kebijakan untuk mengembangkan Usaha Mikro dan Usaha Kecil, khususnya di
daerah pedesaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui beberapa faktor yang
mempengaruhi pendapatan pemilik Usaha Mikro dan Usaha Kecil. Metode analisis
data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis linier berganda.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modal, pendidikan pemilik usaha mikro
dan usaha kecil dan pengalaman kerja pemilik usaha mikro dan usaha kecil
berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap pendapatan pemilik usaha mikro dan
kecil. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai probabilitas F hitung sebesar 0,000 yang lebih
kecil dari α = 0,05. Pada pengujian secara parsial modal mempunyai pengaruh secara
signifikan terhadap pendapatan pemilik usaha mikro dan usaha kecil. Hal ini
ditunjukkan dengan nilai probabilitas t hitung sebesar 0,000 yang lebih kecil dari α =
0,05. Pendidikan pemilik usaha mikro dan usaha kecil tidak berpengaruh secara
signifikan terhadap pendapatan usaha mikro dan usaha kecil. Hal ini ditunjukkan
dengan nilai probabilitas t hitung sebesar 0,395 yang lebih besar dari α = 0,05.
Pengalaman kerja pemilik usaha mikro dan usaha kecil tidak berpengaruh secara
signifikan terhadap pendapatan usaha mikro dan usaha kecil. Hal ini ditunjukkan
dengan nilai probabilitas t hitung sebesar 0,203 yang lebih besar dari α = 0,05.
Kesimpulan yang dapat di ambil adalah modal mempunyai pengaruh yang
signifikan terhadap pendapatan, pendidikan tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang
