INCREASING COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION OF PHYSICAL

Village Head Fajar Baru Leadership is extremely bad, because it is not able to
influence the level of community participation in the physical development of the
Village, on the other hand is not a guarantee of a community of people who have
higher education levels would indicate a high level of participation of all, the
opposite could occur the lower the level of education a society will increasingly
high level of participation.
The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of leadership adopted by the village
headman of Fajar Baru for increasing community participation in the physical
development of the village by using quantitative descriptive method. The analysis
method is using the Product Moment Correlation and linear regression.
The calculation result obtained Product Moment correlation coefficient of 0, 216
site between 0.20 to 0.399, which means there is low correlation between the
Leadership of Village Headman Fajar Baru with the participation of rural
communities in physical development, while large effects caused by the Village
Headman Fajar Baru Leadership on community participation of 4.53%. This
condition indicates the statement of hypothesis that submitted authors can be
accepted, meaning that the presence of the effect of the Leadership of village
headman Fajar Baru on community participation in the physical development of
the village.

PENINGKATAN PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT DALAM

Kepemimpinan Kepala Desa Fajar baru sangat buruk, karena tidak mampu
mempengaruhi tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembangunan fisik Desa, di
sisi lain tidak menjadi jaminan suatu komunitas masyarakat yang memiliki tingkat
pendidikan tinggi akan menunjukkan tingkat partisipasi yang tinggi pula,
sebalikny abisa terjadi semakin rendah tingkat pendidikan suatu masyarakat akan
semakin tinggi tingkat partisipasinya.
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis besarnya pengaruh Kepemimpinan yang
diterapkan oleh Kepala Desa Fajar Baru terhadap peningkatan partisipasi
masyarakat dalam pembangunan fisik desa dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif
kuantitatif. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Correlation Product Moment dan
regresi linier.
Hasil perhitungan didapat nilai koefisien korelasi Product Moment sebesar 0, 216 yang
terletak antara 0,20 sampai 0,399, yang artinya terdapat hubungan yang rendah antara
Kepemimpinan Kepala Desa Fajar Baru dengan partisipasi masyarakat dalam
pembangunan fisik desa, sedangkan besar pengaruh yang disebabkan oleh
Kepemimpinan Kepala Desa Fajar Baru terhadap partisipasi masyarakat sebesar
4,53%. Kondisi ini mengindikasikan bahwa pernyataan hipotesis yang diajukan penulis
dapat diterima, artinya terdapatnya pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Desa Fajar Baru
terhadap partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembangunan fisik desa.
