PREFACE

I thank Allah SWT for helps and blessing during the process of this final project. I also
thank to everyone who helped me in completing this final project.
In this final project, I research the role of Public relations in PKU Muhammadiyah
Surakarta Hospital. The final project contains information about the activities, the problem faced
and solution is also provided.
I realized that this final project report still has some weaknesses. Any correction,
suggestion, and criticism are expected to make it better. I hope this final project can be useful for
