ABSTRACT
The development research aims to 1) Produce student worksheet D-Cross
puzzle that eligible to used in the remedial program with material quantities and
units. 2) Knowing how much the improvement of material achievement using
worksheet D-Cross puzzle for remedial program on material quantities and units.
Research conducted at senior high school 1 of Kasihan in class X MIA
with number 5 students for limited testing and 20 students for field testing. This
research using the method of research and development, adopted from the 4D
model, include define phase, design phase, develope phase, and disseminate
phase. Data of this research are 1) Suggestions/comments and ratings validator
obtained by using a questionnaire validation. 2) Suggestions/comments from
student obained by using questionnaire responses. 3) The beginning and end of
achievement materials obtained by test. The techniques of data analysis is
descriptive and qualitative analysis on suggestions/comments and quantitative
descriptive analysis on the validator and achievement material scores of student.
The research results are student worksheet D-Cross puzzle that eligible to

used in remedial program on quantities and units material with good quality. This
worksheet can improve material achievement with category medium. This based
on a standard calculation of the gain.

PENGEMBANGAN LEMBAR KERJA SISWA (LKS) D-CROSS
PUZZLE UNTUK PROGRAM REMIDIAL FISIKA SISWA SMA
KELAS X MIA

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Menghasilkan LKS D-Cross Puzzle yang
layak untuk digunakan dalam program remidial pada materi besaran dan satuan.
2) Mengetahui besar peningkatan penguasaan materi siswa menggunakan LKS DCross Puzzle untuk program remidial pada materi Besaran dan Satuan.
Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMA N 1 Kasihan kelas X MIA dengan jumlah

5 siswa untuk uji coba terbatas dan 20 siswa untuk coba lapangan. Penelitian ini
menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan, diadopsi dari model 4D,
yaitu pendefinisian (define), tahap perencanaan (design), tahap pengembangan
(develope), dan tahap penyebaran (disseminate). Data penelitian ini adalah 1)
Saran/komentar dan penilaian validator dijaring menggunakan angket validasi. 2)
Saran/komentar siswa dijaring menggunakan angket respon siswa. 3) Penguasaan
materi awal dan akhir dijaring menggunakan tes. Teknik analisis data yang
dilakukan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif pada saran/komentar serta analisis
deskriptif kuantitatif pada skor penilaian validator dan nilai penguasaan materi
siswa.
Penelitian ini menghasilkan LKS D-Cross Puzzle yang layak digunakan
untuk program remidial pada materi Besaran dan Satuan dengan kualitas baik.
Serta LKS D-Cross Puzzle tersebut dapat meningkatkan kemampuan penguasaan
materi siswa dengan kategori sedang berdasarkan perhitungan standar gain.

Kata kunci : LKS D-Cross Puzzle, program remidial, pengembangan, penguasaan
materi, besaran dan satuan, fisika.
