Baca petikan di bawah dan jawab soalan-soalan berikutnya.

Our solar system comprises of the sun and eight planets. A planet is a large
ball made of rock or gas. Every planet circles the sun. The sun is at the center point
of the solar system. The planets in our solar system are all dissimilar sizes. The sun is
a star. It gives off light and heat.
Mercury is the closest planet to the sun. It is also the smallest. It has
mountains and craters. Craters are holes in the ground that were made when space
rocks crashed into it. Venus is the hottest planet. It is hot enough to melt a rocket
ship. Venus is about the same size as Earth. Earth is our home. It is also the only
planet with oceans. In fact, Earth is covered mostly with water. That is why it is
called the Blue Planet.
Mars is called the Red Planet. It has reddish dirt. It also has mountains,
volcanoes, ice caps, and canyons. A canyon is a deep, narrow valley with steep sides.
Jupiter is the biggest planet. It is made of thick gases. Very strong winds blow on this
planet. Saturn is the second-biggest planet. It has rings around it. The rings are made
of rock, dust, and ice. Uranus was the first planet to be discovered using a telescope.

QUESTIONS 22-25

Baca petikan di bawah dan jawab soalan-soalan berikutnya.

One evening, a man was walking along the beach. Soon, he saw something
strange. There were many starfish littered on the sand. Perhaps, the low tide of the
sea had carried them to the shore and left them behind.
The man walked very cautiously so as not to step on any of them. The
animals seemed to be alive. He thought he would pick up some of them and put them
back into the water. He knew that the starfish would die if left on the beach. Then, he
realised that he could not possibly help all of them, so he chose to do nothing. He
continued walking away.

A little further down the beach, he saw a small girl. She was hurriedly
throwing one starfish after another back into the sea. The man stopped and asked the
girl, “What are you doing?”
“I’m saving the starfish,” the child answered.
“Why are you wasting your time?” he said. “There are so many of them. You can’t
save all, so how does it matter?” argued the man. The child remained silent and
continued with what she was doing. Then suddenly she turned around and walked to
the man. “Yes, it does matter. It matters to this one,” the child explained. She picked
up another starfish and hurled it back into the water. The man felt ashamed. He called
out to the other people on the beach. They all joined the young girl in her efforts and
all the starfish were saved.

Magic Mummy Kisses
Each night I tuck you into bed,
