PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF

ABSTRAK
penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan siswa dalam
menyelesaikan soal pemecahan masalah matematika yang merupakan
permasalahan yang menuntut seorang guru untuk memilih dan menerapkan suatu
model pembelajaran matematika di sekolah. Model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe
Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) ini memberi kelompok untuk berdiskusi, dan
beberapa anggota kelompok bertugas untuk memberikan hasil diskusi kepada
kelompok lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kemampuan
pemecahan masalah matematika siswa yang menggunakan pembelajaran TSTS
lebih baik daripada siswa yang tidak mengikuti pembelajaran TSTS. Metode
penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimen Posttest Only Control Group
Desain. Populasi penelitian adalah.siswa kelas IV SDN Nagarawangi 1
Tasikmalaya. Sampel terdiri dari 2(dua) kelas, yaitu siswa kelas IV A sebagai
kelas eksperimen dan siswa kelas IV B sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen yang
digunakan adalah soal tes pemecahan masalah matematika. Hasil penelitian

menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata hasil postes kemampuan pemecahan masalah
matematika kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dari rata-rata kemampuan pemecahan
masalah matematika kelas kontrol yaitu 167,34 dan 141,09. Ini menunjukkan
bahwa pembelajaran matematika dengan penggunaan model pembelajaran
kooperatif tipe Two Stay Two Stray berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan pemecahan
masalah matematika siswa dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000.
Kata kunci: Pembelajaran Matematika, Pemecahan Masalah Matematika, Two

ABSTRACT
The fact that the field shows that the conventional way of teaching teachers cause
low ability students' mathematical problem solving. This requires a teacher to

select and implement a model of learning mathematics in school. This study aims
to determine whether the type TSTS Cooperative learning model to show the
students' mathematical problem solving ability. The method used in this study is a
quasi experimental Posttest Only Control Group Design with a population of
fourth grade students at SDN Nagarawangi 1 Tasikmalaya. The sample consists
of two (2) classes, namely A fourth grade students at SDN Nagarawangi 1
Tasikmalaya as experimental class and fourth grade students at SDN
Nagarawangi B 1 Tasikmalaya as the control class. The instrument used is a
matter of mathematical problem solving test description. The results showed that:
there are significant differences between students 'mathematical problem solving
ability with the experimental class students' mathematical problem solving ability
control class is 0,000. The average score of mathematical problem solving ability
posttest experimental class and control class is 167.34 and 141.09. This suggests
that learning mathematics with the use of cooperative learning model two stay
two stray effect on students' mathematical problem solving ability
