ABSTRACT
This study aims to identify and explain about the condition of motivation and employee performance and
how motivational variables simultaneously and partially influencing the employee performance, also the
dominant variable that influencing employee performance at PT Elsiscom Prima Karya, Surabaya branch.
This study uses an explanation (explanatory research) methods. To Analyze the data, descriptive statistical
analysis and inferential statistical analysis is used in this research which processed using SPSS version 15
for Windows. The results of inferential statistical analysis for simultaneous testing showed that the variable
Needs for Existence, Needs for Social Relationship and Needs for Growth significantly affects the variable
