Better GCG Implementation
bank bjb has signing MOU with KPK in term to control gratification activities that may happen in bank bjb. This MOU implementation are starts from establishment of Gratification Controlling Unit.
By this, bank bjb become the first institution in banking industry who run this mechanism. This is include policy to expand individual wealth reporting not only for structural employee, but also
covering whole bank bjb employee who may expose by gratifications.
