ABSTRAK

Nadira Nadya Nindiatama, 210103110088, Peran Produser Dalam Program
Funky In The Morning di Radio 99ERS 100 FM Bandung, di bawah bimbingan

Drs. Dian Wardiana Sjuchro, M.Si pada Sub Program Studi Penyiaran,
Program Diploma III, Fakultas Ilmu Komunikasi, Universitas Padjajaran.
Observasi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran produser dalam program
Funky In The Morning di Radio 99ERS 100 FM Bandung.

Metode deskriptif digunakan untuk menjelaskan secara mendetail semua
informasi yang diketahui penulis mengenai objek observasi, dengan teknik
pengumpulan data berupa observasi, partisipasi langsung, studi pustaka, dan
wawancara langsung dengan pihak yang terkait.
Hasil observasi adalah pada tahap praproduksi sebagai supporting untuk
mencari dan membuat naskah. Kedua sebagai pemikir untuk melakukan perencanaan
pembuatan rundown, perencanaan breafing dan perencanaan pembuatan konsep
insert bulanan dan bumper insertnya . Peran produser dalam tahap produksi adalah

sebagai pengawas acara dengan cara melakukan monitoring jalannya siaran,
mengatur acara dan mendampingi penyiar. Peran produser dalam tahap pascaproduksi

adalah sebagai evaluator dengan cara melakukan evaluasi. Evaluasi dilakukan demi
peningkatan kualitas penyiar, kualitas naskah, kualitas insert, kualitas produser
sampai peningkatan kualitas program.
Simpulan dari hasil observasi ini adalah produser dalam program acara
sekedar menjalankan tugasnya tanpa menjalankan fungsinya sebagai produser. Tugas
dan fungsi merupakan satu kesatuan yang menghasilkan sebuah peran. Peran tersebut
ternyata mempengaruhi kualitas produser, kualitas program dan pada akhirnya
mempengaruhi loyalitas pendengar terhadap program.

Education Program Specialist Diploma Applied Communication III, Faculy Of
Communication, Padjajaran University.
Purpose of this observation is for know the role in program Funky In The

Morning 99ERS Radio 100 FM Bandung.
Method of this observation is explaining in details all informations which the
writer found out about observation object, with data gathering techniques, library,
research, and internews with relevan parties.
At the stage of pre production, producer in charge must understand the
program. Producer is the one who create script of four inserts, based on the
character of broadcasters that represented mostly kind of teenager. Beside, producer
also has responsibility to monitoring along the show, but they not need to be visible
in the studio. They can be everywhere, around the office as long as they tune in the
radio. Based on my observation, during the show, I saw they seat on the producer
room to create script, browse, read any nws, and keep them selves up to date. After
the show, producer and broadcasters do some evaluation for the better quality of the
show. Make some inovation, and share the out of the box idea. They called it

‘brainstorming’ moment.
During this observation, I have found that producer doesen’t only seat and
create some scipts, but also choose the topic of the day, direct the broadcasters, and

also manage the show. It is like the whole huge system that can’t be appart, because
it will affect the loyality of the listeners. The listeners are thirsty of something new,

and they need to be meshed to stay tuned in one station radio
