“Mekanisme Kerja Tim Kreatif Properti & Kostum Pada Program X Factor
Indonesia di RCTI”, di bawah bimbingan Pandan Yudhapramesti S.Sos., pada

Program Diploma III PAKT, Subprogram Studi Penyiaran, Fakultas Ilmu
Komunikasi, Universitas Padjadjaran Jatinangor.
Tujuan pengamatan ini untuk mengetahui mekanisme kerja tim kreatif
properti & kostum dalam proses praproduksi dan proses produksi pada program X
Factor Indonesia , hambatan yang di hadapi Tim Produksi, serta solusi dari

hambatan yang terjadi dalam program X Factor Indonesia di RCTI.
Metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Teknik
pengumpulan data berupa observasi partisipan, studi kepustakaan dan pencarian
informasi di media internet.
Hasil pengamatan ini menunjukkan bahwa proses produksi program X
Factor Indonesia melalui tahap praproduksi, yaitu penemuan ide, perencanaan

dan persiapan. Tahap produksi, yaitu final cek kostum kontestan, mengatur dan
menyiapkan peralatan pendukung di setiap segmen, loading peralatan pendukung

ke atas panggung, menjaga komunikasi bersama floor director dan production
assistant selama live show berlangsung, bergerak cepat, dan mengawasi peralatan

pendukung yang digunakan. Hambatan beserta solusi yang dihadapi berasal dari
masalah teknis dan non teknis.
Simpulan dari hasil pengamatan ini tim kreatif properti & kostum dalam
program X Factor Indonesia bertugas dalam dua tahapan produksi, meliputi
praproduksi dan produksi. Tim kreatif dan kru yang terlibat diharapkan dapat
memaksimalkan lagi komunikasi dengan pihak-pihak yang terlibat selama proses
produksi berlangsung.

The study aimed to identify the working mechanism of property &
wardrobe creative team in the preproduction and production process of the X


Factor Indonesia Program, the obstacles found by the production team and the
solution to the problems found in the making of X Factor Indonesia Program on

RCTI.
The research used descriptive method. Gathered data through participant
observation, library study and retrieve information from the internet.
The observation showed that the X Factor Indonesia program was
produced through preproduction process including idea discovery, planning and

preparation. The production process comprised of final check on contestant’ s
costumes, arranging and preparing supporting facilities in every segment, loading
supporting facilities to the stage, maintaining communication with floor director
and production assistant while the live show last, proceeding quickly and keeping
an eye on the supporting facilities used. The obstacles found were technical and
non-technical problems.
It could be concluded that the duty of the property & wardrobe creative team in
the X Factor Indonesia program comprised of two processes which were
preproduction and production process. The creative team and crews involved
should maximize their communication with related parties in the process of
producing the program.
