“TINJAUAN KEGIATAN SPONSORSHIP ACARA ON-AIR 9COUSTIC DI
99ERS RADIO 100 FM BANDUNG”, dibawah bimbingan Agus Setiaman,
S.Sos.,M.I.kom, pada Program Diploma III PAKT, Subprogram Studi Komunikasi
Bisnis, Fakultas Ilmu Komunikasi, Universitas Padjadjaran, Jatinangor.
Tujuan penulisan Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana
perencanaan kegiatan sponsorship event 9coustic di 99ers Radio, bagaimana
pelaksanaan kegiatan sponsorship event 9coustic di 99ers Radio, dan bagaimana
evaluasi kegiatan sponsorship event 9coustic di 99ers Radio.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan laporan tugas akhir ini
adalah metode deskriptif. Metode deskriptif menggambarkan keadaan subjek atau
objek observasi berdasarkan fakta yang tampak. Pengumpulan data diperoleh
melalui observasi, wawancara yang dilakukan terhadap seorang Account Executive
dan Music Director sebagai informan. Data lain yang diperoleh melalui studi
kepustakaan dan teori-teori yang diperoleh dari media online.
Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan sponsorship event acara
On-Air 9coustic di 99ers Radio 100 FM Bandung dalam perencanaan meliputi
tahapan perencanaan konsep, pertimbangan munculnya program, tujuan, target
audience, jadwal kegiatan/ waktu, pembentukan team dan job description,
perencanaan promosi, anggaran biaya, pembuatan proposal, pencarian pihak

sponsorship, bentuk sponsorship, dan keuntungan yang diperoleh oleh pihak
sponsorship. Dalam pelaksanaannya yaitu mengacu pada tahap perencanaan yang
telah dibuat. Dalam evaluasi yaitu dilakukan setelah acara dilaksanakan guna
menganalisis keberhasilan dari perencanaan dan pelaksanaan kegiatan yang
dilengkapi dengan pembuatan report, dokumentasi, rapat internal dan juga tolak
ukur dari keberhasilan event tersebut.
Kesimpulan dan Saran dari tugas akhir ini, tahapan perencanaannya dan
pelaksanaannya sudah cukup baik dan berjalan secara sistematis namun saran
dalam perencanaan adalah lebih meningkatkan strategi-strategi yang dilakukan
dan menambah konsep sehingga lebih menarik, dalam evaluasi kegiatan agar lebih
dikonsultasikan terlebih dahulu dalam manajemen waktu, SDM, dan membuat
plan A dan plan B dalam melangsungkan acara event sehingga dapat berjalan
lebih maksimal.

The purpose of writing in this final assignment essay is to determine how
the planning of sponsorship activities events 9coustic at 99ers Radio, how the
implementation of sponsorship activities events 9coustic at 99ers Radio, and how
the evaluation of sponsorship activities events 9coustic at 99ers Radio.
Descriptive method was used by the author for this final assignment. The
descriptive method was described the condition of subjector of observation depend
on the real fact. The collection of data obtained through observation, interviews
with an Account Executive and also a music director as an informant. Other data
were obtained through the study of literature and theories derived from the online
media.
The results showed that the activities of sponsorship event On-Air event in
the 99ers 9coustic 100 FM Radio into the planning steps include planning concepts,
considerations appearance of programs, a purposes, target audience, the schedule
/ time, team building and job description, promotion planning, budget , making
proposal generation, searching the sponsorship, sponsorship forms, and the
benefits obtained by the sponsorship. In the execution of which refers to the
planning steps that has been made. In the evaluation that is carried out after the
event carried out in order to analyze the success of the planning and
implementation of activities that are equipped with the manufacturing report,

documentation, internal meetings and also a benchmark of the success that the
event.
Conclusions and advice from this final assignment, the step of planning and
implementation is good enough and held systematically but advice for planning are
to further improve the strategies undertaken and add the more concept of making it
more attractive, in the evaluation of the activities is to be more consulted before in
time management, Human Resource, and making plan A and plan B in the hold of
the show events so that they can run more optimally.
