Single Section Multiple Arrays A combination of any two dipole arrays, either omnidirectional BA models, elliptical EA models or offset OA models mounted to a common boom to effectively provide two separate antennas on the one mast. The one physical structure is in fact two individual antennas with separate feeds for each antenna.

  Dual Section Combination Arrays

These arrays are supplied in two sections for ease of shipping. The lower section is made on a larger diameter

mast stock with the upper array telescoping into the lower section. Both upper and lower sections can be any

one of our standard UHF (only) arrays or can be coupled with a phasing harness for even higher gain. Each

lower section is supplied with a through harness to connect to the upper section. The image below shows a

BA80-67L lower section and a BA80-67 upper section.

When ordering a dual section combination array you will need to order as follows:

  1. Specify your lower section from the list above eg. BA80-67L PLUS

  2. Specify a single upper section array from our selection of standard dipole array antennas listed on the previous page eg. OA40-67

For complete, up to date product specifications on individual items please visit www.rfi.com.au Combination Collinear & Dipole Arrays Similar to the dual section array, this type of combination array utilises a collinear antenna as the upper section of the array ideally suited to applications where tower loading is a consideration. The collinear fits into the lower section which can essentially be any style of our higher gain UHF (only) dipole arrays. Each lower section is supplied with a through harness to connect to your choice of COL8 (UHF), COL45 (UHF), COL15 (VHF) or COL17 (VHF) collinears.
