KABUPATEN BANDUNG BARAT
Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh pemahaman masyarakat yang masih
tabu mengenai fenomena hypnosis. Permasalahan yang mendasari penelitian ini
yaitu bagaimana proses pengelolaan pelatihan hypnotherapy fundamental di
Vigorous Learning Center (VLC) Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Penelitan ini
bertujuan untuk (1) untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan pelatihan hypnotherapy
fundamental (2) untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pelatihan hypnotherapy
fundamental, (3) untuk mendeskripsikan evaluasi pelatihan hypnotherapy
fundamental, (4) untuk mendeskripsikan hasil yang diperoleh peserta setelah
mengikuti pelatihan hypnotherapy fundamental di Vigorous Learning Center
(VLC) Kabupaten Bandung Barat.
Dalam membahas permasalahan yang telah dipaparkan, penulis merujuk
pada kajian pustaka yang relevan, yaitu mengenai konsep pengelolaan, konsep
pendidikan luar sekolah, konsep pelatihan, konsep pengelolaan pelatihan dan
konsep hypnosis.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan
pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari satu
orang penyelenggara/pengelola, satu orang instruktur dan dua orang peserta
pelatihan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah
wawancara, observasi, studi dokumentasi dan triangulasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan
di Vigorous Learning Center (VLC) Kabupaten Bandung Barat dan dilaksanakan
dari bulan Mei sampai dengan September 2014.
Hasil penelitian diperoleh data mengenai (1) peserta pelatihan dapat
menggunakan hypnosis dalam mengatasi problem pikiran seperti stress,
kecemasan berlebih, meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan
sehingga dapat memahami fenomena hypnosis dari segi ilmu pengetahuan
(science), (2) instruktur/trainer memaparkan sejarah hypnosis, proses pikiran
menerima suatu informasi, hingga praktek hypnosis dengan benar dan aman, (3)
evaluasi yang dilaksanakan yaitu berupa ujian praktek, dan (4) hasil yang
diperoleh peserta setelah mengikuti pelatihan hypnotherapy fundamental
menunjukkan bahwa peserta pelatihan tersebut ingin melanjutkan pada pelatihan
berikutnya yaitu advance hypnotherapy. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah
dilakukan, peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa penyelengaraan pelatihan hypnotherapy
fundamental yang deselnggarakan oleh VLC Kabupaten Bandung Barat
menunjukkan bahwa proses pelatihan sudah cukup baik yaitu dengan

melaksanakan komponen penyelenggaraan program yang terdiri dari
perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah
ditetapkan serta hasil yang diperoleh peserta setelah mengikuti pelatihan sebagai
bahan pertimbangan untuk penyelenggaraan pelatihan berikutnya.

ABSTRACT

This research is based on people’s understanding which is still taboo about
hypnosis. The basic problem of this research is how the process of management
of Hypnotherapy Fundamental at Vigorous Learning Center (VLC) in regency of
West Bandung is conducted. This research aims to (1) describe the plan of
hypnotherapy fundamental training (2) describe the application of hypnotherapy
fundamental training (3) describe the training evaluation of hypnotherapy
fundamental (4) and describe the training result that the participants obtained after
participating training at Vigorous Learning Center (VLC) in regency of West
Bandung.
To investigate the problems which have been explained above, the writer
refers to the relevant literature review, deals with the concept of administration,
the concept of school education, the concept of training, the concept of training
management, and the concept of hypnosis.
The research method used in this research is descriptive with qualitative
approach. And the subject of this research consists of a manager, an instructor and
the two participants. The data collection technique used in this research is
interview, observation, documentation study and triangulation. And the location
was at Vigorous Learning Center (VLC) in West Bandung regency and conducted
from May until September 2014.
From the research result, it can be obtained (1) the participants were able to
use hypnosis to cope with problems regarding with minds such as stress, over
anxiety, improving knowledge, skill and behavior so they could understand
hypnosis phenomenon from science point of view, (2) instructor or trainer
described the history of hypnosis in a right and safe way and, (3) the evaluation
was conducted in a form of practical test, and (4) the result of this research
showed that the participants want to continue to the next training which is
advance hypnotherapy.

Based on the conducted research, the writer concludes that the hypnotherapy
fundamental training in regency of West Bandung showed that the process of
training was well enough. It can be seen by the component of the program that
consist of planning, realization, and evaluation worked well to achieve the set
purpose. Also the result obtained by the participants after participating the
training can be as a consideration for the next event.

Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh pemahaman masyarakat yang masih

yaitu bagaimana proses pengelolaan pelatihan hypnotherapy fundamental di
Vigorous Learning Center (VLC) Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Penelitan ini
bertujuan untuk (1) untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan pelatihan hypnotherapy
fundamental (2) untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pelatihan hypnotherapy
fundamental, (3) untuk mendeskripsikan evaluasi pelatihan hypnotherapy
fundamental, (4) untuk mendeskripsikan hasil yang diperoleh peserta setelah
mengikuti pelatihan hypnotherapy fundamental di Vigorous Learning Center
(VLC) Kabupaten Bandung Barat.
Dalam membahas permasalahan yang telah dipaparkan, penulis merujuk
pada kajian pustaka yang relevan, yaitu mengenai konsep pengelolaan, konsep
pendidikan luar sekolah, konsep pelatihan, konsep pengelolaan pelatihan dan
konsep hypnosis.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan
pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari satu
orang penyelenggara/pengelola, satu orang instruktur dan dua orang peserta
pelatihan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah
wawancara, observasi, studi dokumentasi dan triangulasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan
di Vigorous Learning Center (VLC) Kabupaten Bandung Barat dan dilaksanakan
dari bulan Mei sampai dengan September 2014.
Hasil penelitian diperoleh data mengenai (1) peserta pelatihan dapat
menggunakan hypnosis dalam mengatasi problem pikiran seperti stress,
kecemasan berlebih, meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan
sehingga dapat memahami fenomena hypnosis dari segi ilmu pengetahuan
(science), (2) instruktur/trainer memaparkan sejarah hypnosis, proses pikiran
menerima suatu informasi, hingga praktek hypnosis dengan benar dan aman, (3)
evaluasi yang dilaksanakan yaitu berupa ujian praktek, dan (4) hasil yang
diperoleh peserta setelah mengikuti pelatihan hypnotherapy fundamental
menunjukkan bahwa peserta pelatihan tersebut ingin melanjutkan pada pelatihan
berikutnya yaitu advance hypnotherapy. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah
dilakukan, peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa penyelengaraan pelatihan hypnotherapy
fundamental yang deselnggarakan oleh VLC Kabupaten Bandung Barat
menunjukkan bahwa proses pelatihan sudah cukup baik yaitu dengan

melaksanakan komponen penyelenggaraan program yang terdiri dari
