MEKANISME KERJA PRODUCTION ASISSTANT (PA) DALAM PROGRAM "SHOW IMAH" DI TV TRANS.
ABSTRAK
Helen Hanafa, 2010103110206, 2014. Laporan tugas akhir ini berjudul,
Mekanisme Kerja Production Assistant (PA) dalam Program “Show Imah ” di TV
Trans. Atas bimbingan Gumgum Gumilar,S.Sos., M.Si. Subprogram Studi
Penyiaran, Program Diploma III, Pendidikan Ahli Komunikasi Terapan (PAKT)
Fakultas Ilmu Komunikasi, Universitas Padjadjaran, Jatinangor.
Pengamatan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mekanisme kerja Production
Assistant (Asisten Produksi) dalam program “Show Imah” dari tahap praproduksi,
produksi, pascaproduksi, sampai permasalahan di lapangan yang dihadapi oleh
Production Assistant (Asisten Produksi) selama proses produksi.
Metode penulisan yang digunakan oleh penulis dalam penyusunan
Laporan Tugas Akhir adalah metode deskriftif, selain itu penulis juga
menggunakan hukum D-M dalam penulisan nama media.
Hasil pengamatan yang didapatkan penulis selama melakukan pratkek
kerja lapangan adalah pada tahap praproduksi tugas Production Assistant (Asisten
Produksi) adalah booking (pesan) alat (camera, handytalk, clipt on), booking
crew, crew list, crew call, mencari materi untuk shooting. Selanjutnya pada tahap
produksi tugas Production Assistant (Asisten Produksi) dibagi 3, di antaranya
Production Assistant (Asisten Produksi) lead, Production Assistant (Asisten
Produksi) audio dan Production Assistant (Asisten Produksi) runner. Pada
pascaproduksi yang dilakukan oleh Production Assistant (Asisten Produksi) jika
shooting live adalah mengembalikan alat yang dipinjam untuk shooting. Untuk
shooting taping tugas Production Assistant (Asisten Produksi) adalah melakukan
proses editing program. Mengenai hambatan yang terjadi di lapangan pada saat
proses produksi, secara keseluruhan telah ditangani sesuai yang diharapkan.
Selain itu, penulis menilai bahwa mekanisme kerja pada Production Assistant
(Asisten Produksi) pada program “Show Imah” telah dilakukan dengan baik.
Simpulan penulis, bahwa mekanisme kerja Production Assistant (Asisten
Produksi) dalam prohram “Show Imah” sudah sangat baik pada tahap
praproduksi, produksi, pascaproduksi, dan hambatan yang dialami Production
Assistant (Asisten Produksi).
Penulis menyarankan agar Production Assistant (Asisten Produksi)
mengikuti proses brainstorming (bertukar ide atau gagasan), mengurangi durasi
jam kerja, lebih mendekatkan diri dengan pihak fasilitis, dan Tv Trans merawat
peralatan shooting.

This observation aims to determine the mechanism of action of Production
Assistant (Production Assistant) in the program "Show Imah" from the stage of
preproduction, production, postproduction, to problems in the field faced by
Production Assistant (PA) during the production process.
Method used by the author in the preparation of final report is descriptive
method, in addition, I also use the DM law in writing the name of the media.
Observations obtained during the author pratkek field work is at the stage
of pre-production tasks Production Assistant (PA) is booking (message) tools
(camera, handytalk, clipt on), booking crew, crew lists, crew call, looking for
material for the shooting. Later in the production phase assignment Production
Assistant (PA) divided by 3, including Production Assistant (PA) leads,
Production Assistant (PA) Audio and Production Assistant (PA) runner. In
postproduction is done by Production Assistant (PA) if shooting live is to return
the borrowed tool for shooting. For the task of taping shooting Production
Assistant (Production Assistant) is the process of editing programs. Regarding the
obstacles that occur in the field during the production process, as a whole has
been handled well. In addition, the authors considered that the mechanism of
action of the Production Assistant (PA) on the program "Show Imah" has done
well.
Conclusion the authors, that the mechanism of action of Production
Assistant (Production Assistant) in prohram "Show Imah" has been very good at
this stage of preproduction, production, postproduction, and barriers experienced
Production Assistant (PA).
The author suggests that the Production Assistant (PA) following the
brainstorming process (exchanging ideas or ideas), reducing the duration of
