Penelitian ini berjudul “Hubungan Antara Sosialisasi Sistem Akuntansi Pemerintah
Daerah Dengan Sikap Peserta Terhadap Pengelolaan Dana Bantuan Operasional
Sekolah Daerah” dengan Dr. Hj. Diah Fatma Sjoraida, S.E., M.Si., sebagai
pembimbing utama dan FX. Ari Agung Prastowo, S.Sos., M.I.Kom., sebagai
pembimbing pedamping.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana hubungan antara faktor
sumber dan faktor pesan pada sosialisasi Sistem Akuntansi Pemerintah Daerah
dengan sikap peserta terhadap pengelolaan dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah
Daerah (Bosda). Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Instrumental
Theory of Persuasion dari Hovland, Janis dan Kelly. Penelitian ini menggunakan
metode korelasional dengan teknik analisis deskriptif dan statistik inferensial rank
spearman. Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran angket,
observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka dan penelusuran online.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang cukup berarti
antara faktor sumber dan faktor pesan sosialisasi Sistem Akuntansi Pemerintah
Daerah dengan sikap peserta terhadap pengelolaan dana bosda.
Saran yang diberikan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebaiknya Dinas Pendidikan Kota

Bekasi perlu melakukan evaluasi ke tiap pihak yang terlibat dalam pengelolaan dana
Bosda baik dari internal Dinas Pendidikan maupun eksternal agar seluruh pihak
berfungsi untuk saling mendukung. Dalam hal ini humas pemerintah perlu berperan
dalam menjalankan fungsinya untuk mencapai tujuan bersama dengan berlandaskan
saling pengertian.

counselor, and FX. Ari Agung Prastowo, S.Sos., M.Ikom., as the secondary
counselor.
The research aims to determine how far is the relations between source factors and
message factors at the socialization of Sistem Akuntansi Pemerintah Daerah

socialization with participants attitude towards Bantuan Operasional Sekolah
Daerah fund management. The theory used in this research is Instrumental Theory of
Persuasion by Hovland, Janis and Kelly. Data of the research is collected with
questionnaire, some observations, in-depth interviews, online search, and study of
literature.
The results from this research shows that there are significant relations between
source factors and message factors at the socialization of Sistem Akuntansi
Pemerintah Daerah socialization with participants attitude towards Bantuan
Operasional Sekolah Daerah fund management.
The suggestions given in this research are that Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bekasi should
do some evaluations at every elements so that they could understand exactly about
what is the real problem that often happened at school fund management, whether it
was internal or external factor. And that the government relations have a role to gain
mutual understanding.
