ABSTRAK
Pengaruh Efektivitas Kepemimpinan dan Intensi Pelaksanaan Etika Kerja
terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Masyarakat Pada Pegawai Tingkat Kecamatan
di Kota Bandung

Penelitian ini secara umum memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui
gambaran yang jelas mengenai Efektivitas Kepemimpinan dan Intensi
Pelaksanaan Etika Kerja terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Masyarakat Pada
Pegawai Tingkat Kecamatan di Kota Bandung. Dalam penelitian ini
menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik
pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode penyabaran angket. Populasi
dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 90 orang.
Untuk pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan
aplikasi program Microsoft Excel dan SPSS for Windows 20.0.
Berdasarkan perhitungan dengan menggunakan pengukuran interval,
diperoleh gambaran umum mengenai Efektivitas Kepemimpinan (Variabel
X1) berada dalam kategori baik dengan skor 4518. Untuk Intensi
Pelaksanaan Etika kerja (X2) berada pada kategori baik dengan skor 3288.
Kualitas Pelayanan (Variabel Y) berada dalam kategori baik dengan skor
4690. Korelasi variabel X1 dan X2 terhadap variabel Y memiliki hubungan
yang signifikan. Artinya variabel kualitas pelayanan dapat diterangkan
dengan variabel efektivitas kepemimpinan dan variabel intensi
pelaksanaan etika kerja.
Berdasarkan hasil pengujian statistik dapat disimpulkan bahwa
“Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan berkorelasi kuat antara Efektivitas
Kepemimpinan dan Intensi Pelaksanaan Etika Kerja terhadap Kualitas
Pelayanan Masyarakat Pada Pegawai Tingkat Kecamatan di Kota
Bandung”. Hal tersebut merupakan bukti bahwa secara keseluruhan
Efektivitas Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan berkontribusi secara
signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan. Artinya dukungan dari pimpinan
berpengaruh terhadap pegawai walaupun pengaruhnya rendah dan intense
pelaksanaan etika kerja berpengaruh positif dan berkontribusi secara
signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayan. Artinya dukungan dari teman
sekantor berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh
pegawai kecamatan terhadap masyarakat.

Influence of Leadership Effectiveness and Implementation Intention Work
Ethics for Public Service Quality At District Level Employees in Bandung

This research generally has the aim to determine a clear picture of the
effectiveness of Leadership and Ethics Code Implementation Intention of the
Public Service Quality At District Level Employees in Bandung. In this
research using descriptive method with quantitative approach. Data was
collected by questionnaire pacification methods. The population in this study
amounted to 90 people.
For processing the data in this study using the assistance program
application Microsoft Excel and SPSS for Windows 20.0. Based on
calculations using the measurement interval, obtained a general overview of
Leadership Effectiveness (Variable X1) are in either category with a score of
4518. For Implementation Intention work ethic (X2) are in either category
with a score of 3288. Quality of Service (Variable Y) are in the category both
with a score of 4690. The correlation of variables X1 and X2 to variable Y has
a significant relationship. That is the variable quality of service can be
explained by the variable effectiveness of the leadership and work ethic
variable implementation intentions.
Based on the results of statistical tests concluded that "There is a
significant effect and strong correlation between the effectiveness of
Leadership and Ethics Code Implementation Intention of the Public Service
Quality At District Level Employees in Bandung". This is a proof that the
overall positive effect of Leadership Effectiveness and contribute significantly
to the quality of service. That is the support of the leadership of influence to
employees despite the low impact and intense implementation work ethic
positive effect and contributes significantly to the quality of the waitress. That
is the support of friends work together to influence the quality of services
provided by employees of districts to the community.
