ABSTRAK
Metode pengembangan fuzzy time series dengan faktor pendukung merupakan
penggabungan antara metode Chen tahun 2004, yaitu menghitung selisih antar
data historis dan metode Chen 2009 yaitu menggunakan faktor pendukung. Pada
kajian ini metode tersebut digunakan untuk meramalkan indeks harga saham IDX
dengan faktor pendukung DOW JONES dan NIKKEI. Hasil peramalan dengan
menggunakan faktor pendukung NIKKEI menghasilkan error 0,54%, hasil ini
lebih akurat dibandingkan dengan menggunakan DOW JONES yang
menghasilkan error 0,63% , didukung oleh hasil analisis korelasi dimana NIKKEI
lebih berpengaruh terhadap IDX dibandingkan DOW JONES. Metode ini juga
memberikan hasil tingkat akurasi yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan metode
Chen tahun 2004 dan Chen tahun 2009.

ABSTRACT
Development methods fuzzy time series by a factor of support is a merger
between Chen method in 2004, which calculates the difference between the
historical data and methods of Chen 2009 that uses a supporting factor. In this
study the method used to predict stock price index IDX with supporting factors
DOW JONES and NIKKEI. Forecasting results using NIKKEI supporting factors
resulted in an error of 0.54%, this result is more accurate than using DOW JONES
that generate error 0.63%, supported by the results of the correlation analysis
where NIKKEI more influence on the IDX compared DOW JONES. This method
also results in better accuracy than the method of Chen Chen in 2004 and 2009.
