Abstract
A lecturer has to understand the intellectual capital for creating qualified graduates. The aim of this research is to find out the
impacts of organ.izution culture and corporate governance on the lecturers intellectual capital. The population is th e lectmers fro m
three public universities; samples are 300 respondents, were taken by accidental セ ゥオョーャァ@
method. Data was coll ected by
questionnaire; data analysis 1J1ethod is discriminant analysis with SPSS.
The イ・ウオャエセ@
are (1) There is no difference of organization culture and corporate governance factors in affecting intell ectual capital.
(2) Organization culture has insignificant effects Dn lecturer' s intellectual capital. (3) Corporate governance has significant effects
on lecturer's intellectual capital.
