Judul
“Gambaran Aplikasi Diagnosa Keperawatan NANDA NOC – NIC pada Pasien
Schizophrenia di Ruang MPKP RS Jiwa Prof. dr. Soeroyo Magelang”
xiv + 71 halaman + 7 tabel + 30 lampiran
Perawat sebagai pelaksana atau pemberi asuhan keperawatan, dalam hal ini
perawatan terhadap pasien schizophrenia, dituntut untuk senantiasa peka terhadap
setiap perkembangan ilmu keperawatan maupun ilmu dan teknologi kesehatan secara
umum. Hal ini dimaksudkan agar dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan kepada
pasien yang dirawatnya, asuhan yang diberikan senantiasa berkualitas dan sesuai
dengan kondisi dan masalah klien, yang pada akhirnya klien dan keluarga akan
merasa puas terhadap asuhan yang diberikan oleh perawat
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran aplikasi asuhan
keperawatan berdasarkan Diagnosa Keperawatan NANDA, Nursing Outcomes
Classification dan Nursing Interventions Classification pada pasien Schizophrenia di
Ruang MPKP RS Jiwa Prof. dr. Soeroyo Magelang.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini
termasuk penelitian deskriptif menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus (case study).
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengamati pelaksanaan kegiatan perawat dalam
melaksanakan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien dengan Schizophrenia dan melihat
hasil dari dokumentasi keperawatan
Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa sebagian besar label diagnosa
keperawatan yang ditetapkan perawat tidak sesuai dengan label diagnosa NANDA,
tujuan dan kriteria hasil tidak sesuai dengan NOC, implementasi yang dilakukan di
Ruang MPKP RSJ Prof. dr. Soeroyo Magelang tidak sesuai dibandingkan dengan
NIC

"Description of Application Nursing Diagnosa of NANDA NOC - NIC at

Nurse as nursing upbringing giver or executor, in this case nursing to
schizophrenia patient, claimed to be sensitive ever to each every nursing science
growth and also science and health technology in general. This matter is meant in
expection of giving nursing upbringing to taken care of patient it, given upbringing
ever with quality and as according to client problem and condition, which is on
finally, family and client will lick lips to upbringing given by nurse
Intention of this research is to know nursing upbringing application description
pursuant to Nursing Diagnosa of NANDA, Nursing Outcomes Classification and
Nursing Interventions Classification at schizophrenia patient in MPKP’s Room, Prof.
dr. Soeroyo Mental Hospital, Magelang.
This Research use quantitative research method. This research is including
descriptive research use approach of case study. This research is done/conducted by
perceiving execution activity of nurse in executing nursing upbringing at patient with
schizophrenia and see result of from nursing documentation
Result of research depict that most nursing diagnosa lable is nurse disagree with
NANDA diagnosa lable, target of and criterion result of disagree with NOC,
implementation in MPKP’s Room, Prof. dr. Soeroyo Mental Hospital, Magelang
compared to inappropriate of NIC
