financiers in relation to commodities supply, sale and purchase, storage, collateral management

offshore, natural resources and commodities. Damian joined Watson, Farley & Williams as a trainee

Andrew handles a wide range of wet and dry shipping disputes, marine insurance
and general commercial litigation. He also has experience in casualty investigation.
He has worked on some of the most high profile salvage cases, significant collisions,
bunker disputes and pollution incidents. His experience also includes resolution of
a broad range of contractual disputes arising out of charterparties, joint venture agreements, bills
of lading, and other commercial contracts.
Andrew’s experience includes two years working with the firm in the United Arab Emirates, as well
as a year in China. He worked as an underwriting assistant for a well-known insurer before he joined
Hill Dickinson. Andrew also has a small amount of seagoing experience.

Andrew handles a wide range of wet and dry shipping disputes, marine insurance
and general commercial litigation. He also has experience in casualty investigation.
He has worked on some of the most high profile salvage cases, significant collisions,
bunker disputes and pollution incidents. His experience also includes resolution of
a broad range of contractual disputes arising out of charterparties, joint venture agreements, bills
of lading, and other commercial contracts.
Andrew’s experience includes two years working with the firm in the United Arab Emirates, as well
as a year in China. He worked as an underwriting assistant for a well-known insurer before he joined
