Reason for change:
GetCoverage request specification says nothing about what a server should
do with the temporal domain parameter when the server didn’t publish a
temporal domain in the offered coverage’s description.
Summary of change: Specify that the server should just ignore the parameter, treating it like a
normal unknown parameter as from OWS Common 1.1
Consequences if
not approved:
Fixes a I minor ambiguity.
