In the list of tests for Simple Conformance Classes it says
'A.2.17'Which would seem to imply A.2.17.1, A.2.17.2, A.2.17.3.1,
A.2.17.3.2, A.2.17.3.3. Seems reasonable to require A.2.17.1 basically reporting 'none'. But everything else seems like a really
high bar to reach a simple, let alone a basic, wfs conformance class.
