Mr. Krishan Kumar Kaushal is an Indian Forest Service IFS Officer of 1990 batch and is presently posted as District Forest Officer in the Harur Division,
Tamilnadu, India. He has worked for over 12 years in Tamilnadu implementing Joint Forest Management in the state.

Dr. Maksha Ram Maharjan is the Program Coordinator at CARE Nepal and a Chief of Party CoP, leading the SAGUN programme. Before he joined
CARE Nepal, he worked with the Government of Nepal for more than two decades in various capacities to support Community Forestry in Nepal.
