Potential Biomass production GDMp does not take water as a limiting factor. Actual biomass production is calculated by considering water availability

Respiration Biomass Accumulation
Actual biomass production GDMa allocated to the leaves, stems, roots, and grains that the comparison depends on the plant development phase s. Most
of the biomass accumulated in each plant organ will lost in the process of growth and maintenance respiration. Maintenance respiration is calculated from the
weight function and the air temperature McCree 1970 in Handoko, 1994. Changes in the weight of each organ leaves, stems, roots and seeds, follows
