As discussed in Notes 7f and 8, the Company sold its investment in PT Wisma Nusantara International and its property, Wisma Indocement, to third parties in connection with its plan to dispose non-core
assets and business. After these sales transactions, the Company ceased to engage in the property business. Since the financial effects of this property business are immaterial, the management decided
not to segregate the presentation of the related financial position, results of operations and cash flows of this property business.
