Sirri marriage , which is considered a legitimate religion , in fact, raises a lot of issues which
impact on the harm to women . Unregistered marriages often taken as a shortcut for couples to
legalize his relationship , although such action is basically a violation of the Law. 1 of 1974 on
registration of marriages . Researchers trying to uncover what factors are behind someone doing
siri marriages , in addition to problems that impact and its impact on women .
This study is a qualitative study aimed at gaining a deep understanding of the phenomena
occurring behind Sirri about marriage and the Problem . Data analysis using the SWOT analysis
of gender .
By examining the three respondents who live in the area DIYogyakarta , and some cases of
comparison , the results of this study revealed that the background does siri marriages on a case
by case is different , but generally done for reasons of marriage siri want to gain validity in
religion , so as to create peace of mind , at least avoid immoral acts .. By using in-depth
interviews , researchers have uncovered the problems experienced by the respondents in sirinya
marriage . The fundamental problem that is perceived by the female actors unregistered
marriages is precisely the problem psihis and distress as a result of uncertainty about the legal
status of marriage . Load psikhis also occur because of people's stereotypes of women offenders
unregistered marriages are considered as savings wife , pregnant out of wedlock , and so forth
affair .
See more weaknesses and threats that occur in marriage Sirri , then the excess will not be as able
to overcome the problems faced except take advantage of existing opportunities that ithbat
marriage . Various kemadlaratan appearing in marriage Sirri , seems also needs to be studied
more seriously about the validity of the marriage Sirri which has been used as a shortcut to
justify conjugal relationship .
