ABSTRAK
Otonomi daerah merupakan kewenangan suatu wilayah untuk mengatur dan mengelola kepentingan rumah
tangga sendiri berdasarkan aspirasi masyarakat sebagai suatu peraturan dan ketentuan Provinsi Jawa Tengah
dengan segenap potensi dan kekhususan sektor pertanianyang dimiliki haruslah mampu mengembangkan suatu
kebijakan pembangunan pertanian yang dapat memberikan kontribusi positif dalam kerangka konsep
pembangunan nasional. Kebijakan pertumbuhan sektor pertanianyang ditempuh haruslah mampu menciptakan
suatu struktur pertanian yang kuat dan dapat memberikan peluang yang sama bagi setiap pelaku pertanian
untuk berperan dan menikmatinya.
