2. Surveillance package is applied for maintenance of accreditation
Package A : surveillance with 1 man-day assessor
Package B : surveillance with 2 man-days assessor
Package C : surveillance with 3 man-days assessor
Package D : surveillance with 4 man-days assessor
Determination of surveillance package adjusted to the given scope of accreditation.
3. Classification of proficiency testing
Classification A : low level proficiency testing
Classification B : medium level proficiency testing
Classification C : high level proficiency testing
4. Annual fee
First annual fee will be charged together with assessment/reassessment fee, while for
the second, third and fourth annual fee will be charged together with surveillances fee.
