PT DAHANA (Persero) atau “DAHANA” adalah Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) di bidang industri strategis yang menyediakan layanan bahan peledak terpadu untuk sektor Migas, Pertambangan Umum, Kuari dan Konstruksi serta untuk Pertahanan.

Sejarah DAHANA sebagai pionir di industri ini berawal dari proyek Angkatan Udara Republik Indonesia (AURI) pada tahun 1966 yang dikenal dengan Proyek Menang, berlokasi di Tasikmalaya, Jawa Barat.

Kemudian, pada tahun 1973 secara resmi menjadi Perusahaan Umum DAHANA berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah No. 36/1973 sebelum ditetapkan sebagai Perusahaan Perseroan pada tahun 1991. Lini Bisnis DAHANA terus berkembang mencakup: Explosives Manufacturing, Drilling & Blasting, Related Services, dan Defence Related untuk pelanggan di seluruh Indonesia dan kawasan ASEAN.

PT DAHANA (Persero) or “DAHANA” is a state-owned enterprise engaging in the strategic industry, providing integrated explosives services for the sectors of Oil and Gas, General Mining, Quarry and Construction, and Defence. DAHANA’s historical roots as a pioneer in the industry can be traced back to 1966, when the Indonesian government, through the Indonesian Air Force (AURI), implemented a project named Proyek Menang (Menang Project) in Tasikmalaya, West Java. Later in 1973, the project was formally changed into a public company based on the government regulation No. 36/1973 before it was changed to a limited company (PT) in 1991.

DAHANA Business Lines continues to develop, including: Explosive Manufacturing, Drilling & Blasting, Related Services, and Defence Related for customers in Indonesia and the ASEAN Region.

DAHANA’s products and services are used every day by various industries in Indonesia, from general mining sector, either metal, mineral, or coal; quarry and construction sectors such as cement, asphalt and andesite excavation; construction projects such as dams, tunnels, irrigation, old building demolition, and harbour deepening; oil and gas sectors such as oil well casing perforation, seismic operations, and also military operations.

Memperoleh sertiikasi Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9002:1994 yang ditingkatkan menjadi ISO 9001:1994 pada tahun 2001. ISO 9002:1994 certiied which was

upgraded to ISO 9001:1994 in 2001.

DAHANA menyediakan layanan kepada pelanggan untuk jasa pengeboran lubang tembak sesuai dengan pola dan kebutuhan peledakan yang efektif dan eisien. DAHANA memberikan layanan pengadaan dan pengisian lubang tembak dengan bahan peledak sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan menghasilkan daya ledak yang optimal. DAHANA juga membantu merancang proses pembuatan lubang tembak yang tepat guna. Tim kami yang terlatih dan berpengalaman mampu menyediakan layanan untuk berbagai medan yang berbeda dengan tingkat kesulitan yang beragam.

Saat ini On-Site Plant (OSP) kami telah beroperasi di berbagai pertambangan di daerah Karimun (Kepulauan Riau), Batulicin dan Tabalong (Kalimantan Selatan), Bontang, Melak dan Sanga-Sanga (Kalimantan Timur), Kasongan (Kalimantan Tengah), dan Seruyung (Kalimantan Utara).

DAHANA provides customer services for blast hole drilling in accordance with effective and

eficient blasting pattern and needs.

DAHANA provides blast hole explosive charging services using compatible explosives in accordance with the needs, yielding excellent result. DAHANA also supports the designing

process of eficient blast holes.

Our trained and experienced team is able

to provide services for various ields with different levels of dificulty.

Currently our On-Site Plants (OSP) have been operating at various mining sites in Karimun (Riau Islands), Batulicin and Tabalong (South Kalimantan), as well as Bontang,Melak, and Sanga-Sanga (East Kalimantan), Kasongan (Central Kalimantan), Seruyung (North Kalimantan).

DAHANA provides complete and thorough blasting services for various conditions and needs, either for bench blasting, trench-blasting, tunnel trench-blasting, cautious trench-blasting, or underwater blasting.

Blasting in different ields requires

different approaches and proper design and preparation by considering various parameters and conditions, including in determining the optimum explosives charge, drill hole preparation, down the hole loading,

eficient blast design, blast timing and design coniguration, ield control of ground vibration, air blast, and ly rock, rock mucking,

cost analysis, and blasting productivity.

our clients get the best results. The use of DAHANA’s products in integral services also ensures the quality of the explosives used and allows customization for each blasting condition, and therefore provides the most effective and safe result.

Pengukuran Ground Vibration

Blasting not only destroys the rocks, but also generates ground vibrations. Effective blasting seeks to minimize the effect of these vibrations to minimize the impact on the surrounding environment.

DAHANA provides ground vibration ments service by using the latest measure-ment tools which provide accurate results so that the blasting process and its effects can be monitored properly.

Demolisi Gedung/Bangunan

Tim teknis DAHANA memiliki kemampuan untuk melaksanakan pekerjaan demolisi gedung/ bangunan yang sudah tidak dipakai lagi. Peledakan dengan tingkat ketelitian tinggi ini ditangani oleh tenaga terampil yang telah berpengalaman di sektor konstruksi dan bahan peledak sehingga dapat dilaksanakan dengan aman.

Pemusnahan Bahan Peledak

Bahan peledak yang telah melampaui daur hidup harus dimusnahkan karena tidak ekonomis dan berbahaya. DAHANA memiliki teknologi dan personil berpengalaman untuk melaksanakan pemusnahan yang aman dan efektif sehingga tidak merugikan lingkungan.

Aside from engaging in its main business lines, DAHANA also provides services related to explosives such as explosive demolition service, mobilization, magazine/bunker service and explosive handling consultation service.

Building Demolition

DAHANA’s technical team has the capability to do the project of demolishing unused buildings. The blasting which requires high level of accuracy is handled by skilled personnel experienced in the construction sector & explosive, therefore the demolition can be carried out safely.

Explosives Disposal

Explosives already exceeding their life cycle must be destroyed because they are uneconomical and dangerous. DAHANA has the technology and experienced personnel to carry out safe and effective demolition so they would not harm the environment.

Mobilisasi Bahan Peledak

Mobilisasi bahan peledak adalah kegiatan beresiko tinggi sehingga harus dikelola dengan benar dan aman dengan menggunakan metode dan teknologi yang sesuai. DAHANA menyediakan jasa pengiriman bahan peledak dari gudang pemasok ke gudang end user, maupun sebaliknya. DAHANA juga memberikan pelayanan untuk proses impor dan ekspor bahan peledak.

Pergudangan Bahan Peledak

DAHANA menyediakan sarana pergudangan yang aman untuk penyimpanan bahan peledak dan aksesoris lainnya. Lokasi pergudangan yang strategis tersedia di Subang,

Tasikmalaya,Banjarmasin dan Samarinda telah dilengkapi standar pengamanan yang baik sesuai dengan standar industry serta kapasitas yang besar untuk menyimpan bahan peledak, detonator dan aksesoris.

Explosives Mobilization

Explosives mobilization is a high risk activity and has to be managed properly and safely by using appropriate methods and technologies. DAHANA provides explosive delivery service from the supplier’s magazine to the end user’s magazine, vice versa. DAHANA also provides services for explosive importation and exportation.

Explosives Magazines

DAHANA provides safe magazine facilities to store explosives and other accessories. Strategic magazine locations are available in Subang, Tasikmalaya, Banjarmasin, and Samarinda which have been completed with good security standard in accordance with the industrial standards and large capacity to store explosives, detonators, and accessories.storing explosives, detonators and accessories.

Hal seperti ini bisa berakibat negatif bagi kegiatan bisnis DAHANA.

In line with the dynamics and development of the business world, the pattern shift and behavior of dynamic business globally offset

by increasingly ierce business competition,

encourage DAHANA always adjust the orientation of its business operations on the environment, which in the long term will increase the company value.

Apart from being wholly owned by the state, the realization of the increase in the contribution of companies to the surrounding environment through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) becomes absolutely necessary. In addition to build the value of the company, CSR also reduce the risk of social (Social risk management).

Moreover, the people of Indonesia and the Indonesian government increasingly demanding that all companies engaged in the mining and energy must follows a policy of good mining practices and good corporate governance. If the companies do not heed them, they will cause environmental problems and at

Secara global, terlihat adanya kesadaran yang meningkat di kalangan masyarakat internasional mengenai pentingnya pelestarian lingkungan. Dahana telah menyadari bahwa adalah penting untuk membuat operasi bisnisnya dan produk-produknya lebih bersahabat dengan lingkungan.

Perusahaan itu telah merancang program tanggung jawab perusahaannya (CSR) supaya bisa membantu masyarakat setempat dalam menangani konservasi lingkungan. Membantu masyarakat lokal dalam melestarikan lingkungan akan membantu memelihara keberlanjutan bisnisnya.

Pembangunan dan pengoperasian EMC di Subang telah juga dirancang sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip untuk melestarikan lingkungan. Tanah, air, energi, dan udara di sana digunakan secara eisien dan lestari berdasarkan konsep hijau.

Dalam beberapa tahun ke belakang, DAHANA mendapat penghargaan Sertiikat Biru dari kementerian lingkungan atas prestasinya dalam pelestarian lingkungan. Penghargaan itu diberikan dalam kategori BUMN di Indonesia. Pemeringkatan ini diikuti oleh 1,371

perusahaan milik negara dan swasta, dan para pemenang dinilai dalam lima kategori, yakni emas sebagai yang terbaik, kemudian hijau, biru, merah, dan hitam sebagai yang terburuk.

Globally, the increasing awareness among international society concerning the

importance of environmental conservation is more and more obvious. DAHANA realizes that it is essential to make its business operation and products friendlier to the environment. The company has designed its Corporate Responsibility Programs (CSR) so as to be able to assist the surrounding citizens to handle environmental conservation. Assisting the local society in conserving the environment will help to maintain its business sustainability.

The establishment and operation of EMC in Subang has also been designed according to the principles of environmental conservation. The ground, water, energy, and air in the area are

used eficiently with conservation sense on the

basis of green concept.

In 2012 and 2013, DAHANA achieved the

Blue Certiicate award from the Ministry

of Environment for its attainment in environmental conservation. The award was presented to the State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) category in Indonesia. There were 1,371 State-Owned Enterprise and private enterprises participating in the selection, and

the winners were appointed in ive categories,

namely gold for the best one, followed by green, blue, red, and black for the worst one.

Pengembangan Lingkungan

Environmental Development

Fakta utama Dahana memenangkan penghargaan tersebut, berkaitan dengan pengolahan sampah. DAHANA telah menerapkan apa yang disebut 3R, yakni reduce (mengurangi), reuse (memakai lagi), dan recycle (mendaur ulang).

Selain itu, sebagai langkah memanfaatkan lahan produktif yang dimiliki oleh DAHANA yang berada di Desa Sadawarna, Cibogo, Subang Jawa Barat. Tanah DAHANA yang luasnya mencapai 600 hektar, sekitar 450 hektarnya akan dijadikan lahan produktif untuk keperluan vegetasi dan membangun hutan produksi oleh unit kerja Nurseri DAHANA.

Atas upaya-upaya di atas, pada 2014 DAHANA meraih penghargaan level 5 untuk Industri Hijau dari Kementerian Perindustrian. Penghargaan industri hijau ini dibagi atas 5 level berdasarkan rentang atau interval nilai yang diperoleh sesuai level yang ditentukan. Untuk level 5 merupakan level tertinggi. Penghargaan tertinggi ini diberikan oleh Kemenperin pada perusahaan yang melakukan upaya pengelolaan lingkungan hidup dengan baik.

Penganugerahan penghargaan industri hijau dilaksanakan setelah melalui berbagai tahap seleksi dan veriikasi oleh Kemenperin berdasarkan sistem yang dievaluasi secara berkala termasuk kinerja pengelolaan lingkungan perusahaan.

Pada 2015, DAHANA kembali memperoleh pencapaian inovasi yang membanggakan. Inovasi DABEX Oli Bekas untuk bahan peledak Bulk Emulsion menjadi salah satu dari 20 pemenang Penghargaan 20 Karya Unggulan Teknologi Anak Bangsa dari Kemenristekdikti. Tentu saja, penghargaan ini menambah panjang catatan prestasi DAHANA di bidang lingkungan.

Dengan memenangkan penghargaan tersebut, perusahaan telah membuktikan dirinya patuh pada prinsip-prinsip hijau dalam menjalankan operasi bisnisnya berdasarkan peraturan-peraturan yang berlaku tentang pelestarian lingkungan.

To DAHANA, the award was the major factor in its achievement, which was apparently related to the waste management. The company has applied what is called 3R - reduce, reuse, and recycle.

Furthermore, there will be an action to make use of the productive land owned by DAHANA, located in Sadawarna Village, Cibogo, Subang, West Java. DAHANA stands on a property of 600-hectare land, 450 of which will be used for a productive area of vegetation and production forest by DAHANA’s Nursery task force.

For the aforementioned effort, in 2014 DAHANA achieved a level 5 award for Green Industry from the Ministry of Industry. This Green Industry Award is divided into 5 levels on the basis of value interval attained

according to the pre-determined level. Level 5 is the highest level.

This highest appreciation is presented by the Ministry of Industry to a company performing environmental management effort well. The green industry award presentation was conducted after going through various

selection stages and veriications by the

Ministry of Industry based on a system that is evaluated periodically, including company environment management performance. In 2015, DAHANA regained the proud of achievement of innovation. The Innovation of Used Oil for Bulk Emulsion Explosives DABEX became the one of 20 winners of the award of 20 leading technology of nation children creation from the ministry of research, technology and higher education. And, this appreciation has added to the long list of DAHANA’s many achievements in environment. By accomplishing the award, the company has proven that it obeys the green principles in running its business operations based on the prevailing regulations on environment conservation.

Dalam kegiatannya, PKBL merujuk Kepmenkeu 316/1994 dan permen BUMN no 05/2007 dan tanggal 27 April 2007 tentang Program Kemitraan Badan Usaha Milik Negara dengan Usaha Kecil dan Program Bina Lingkungan yang telah diperbaharui melalui Peraturan Menteri Badan Usaha Milik Negara No. PER-09/ MBU/07/2015 tanggal 03 Juli 2015.

B. Program Kemitraan

Adapun tujuannya adalah dalam rangka mendorong kegiatan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi kerakyatan serta terciptanya pemerataan pembangunan melalui perluasan lapangan kerja, kesempatan berusaha dan pemberdayaan masyarakat agar tidak terjadi kesenjangan, sehingga diharapkan akan dapat tercipta kemitraan antara Badan usaha Milik Negara dengan Pengusaha Kecil termasuk Koperasi.

Program ini juga bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan usaha kecil agar menjadi tangguh dan mandiri melalui pemanfaatan dana dari bagian laba yang di peroleh PT DAHANA (Persero). Bentuk yang diberikan kepada mitra binaan berupa pemberian pinjaman modal kerja sesuai kebutuhan atau kemampuan usahanya serta pembinaan dalam bentuk pendidikan/ pelatihan, promosi dengan mengikutsertakan pada berbagai jenis pameran. Adapun sektor bidang usaha masuk dalam kategori tersebut di atas adalah meliputi sektor Industri, Perdagangan, Pertanian, Peternakan, Perikanan, Jasa dan Koperasi.

B. Partnership Programs

The target is to encourage activities and growth democratic economy and to create the equitable of development through

employment expansion , business opportunities and community empowerment in order to avoid gaps, so hopefully will be able to create partnerships between the State-Owned Enterprises with small business including cooperatives.

This program also aims to improve the ability of small businesses to be strong and independent through the use of funds from the share of proits obtained by PT DAHANA (Persero). The contribution given to the partners for the provision of working capital loans as needed or its business capability and guidance in the form of education / training, promotion by engaging in various types of exhibitions. As for the sectors of effort goes into the above categories are covering sectors of Industry, Trade, Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Cooperative Services.

Sasaran dari kegiatan di atas adalah usaha kecil yang memenuhi kriteria sebagai berikut:

• Memiliki kekayaan bersih paling banyak Rp. 500.000.000 tidak termasuk tanah dan bangunan tempat usaha; atau

• Memiliki hasil penjualan tahunan paling banyak Rp. 2.500.000.000.

• Milik Warga Negara Indonesia.

• Berdiri sendiri, bukan merupakan anak perusahaan atau cabang perusahaan yang

dimiliki, atau berailiasi baik langsung

maupun tidak langsung dengan Usaha Menengah atau Usaha Besar.

• Berbentuk usaha orang perseorangan, badan usaha yang tidak berbadan hukum, atau badan usaha yang berbadan hukum, termasuk koperasi.

• Telah melakukan kegiatan usaha minimal 1 (satu) tahun serta mempunyai potensi dan prospek usaha untuk dikembangkan. Sejak tahun 1992 sampai tahun 2015 PT DAHANA (Persero) telah membina sebanyak 1.717 mitra binaan usaha kecil dan koperasi dengan jumlah dana yang disalurkan sebesar Rp. 25,3 milyar dimana wilayah binaannya meliputi Jawa Barat, khususnya Kota dan Kab Tasikmalaya, Ciamis, Garut, Banjar, Pangandaran, Subang serta Provinsi Lampung. Pada tahun 2015 total dana yang disalurkan sebesar Rp. 2,5 milyar terdiri dari Program Kemitraan membina 81 mitra binaan usaha kecil dan Koperasi dengan dana yang disalurkan sebesar Rp. 2,3 milyar, dengan rincian sektor perindustrian Rp. 463 juta, sektor perdagangan Rp. 138 juta, sektor pertanian Rp. 60 juta, sektor peternakan Rp. 40 juta, sektor budidaya ikan Rp. 115 juta, sektor jasa Rp. 260 juta.

Sedangkan untuk Program Bina Lingkungan menyalurkan bantuan sebesar Rp.191,9 juta dengan rincian sektor pendidikan & pelatihan Rp.8,75 juta, sektor sosial masyarakat

(pengentasan kemiskinan) sebesar Rp. 13 juta, sektor prasarana & sarana umum Rp 31,9 juta, sektor sarana ibadah Rp. 27,5 juta, dan sektor kesehatan masyarakat Rp. 1 juta. dan hibah pameran produk mitra binaa Rp. 109,6 juta. Kinerja Program Kemitraan DAHANA cukup baik.

Since 1992 to 2015, PT DAHANA (Persero) Has assisted as many as 1,717 small enterprises and cooperations with the distributed funds as much as Rp 25.3 billion, and the area being assisted covered West Java, Central Java, and Lampung.

In 2015, the total funds donated were Rp 2.5 billion, consisting of Partnership Programs assisting 81 small enterprise partners and cooperatives with the donated funds of Rp 2.3 billion, Rp 463 million of which was for industrial sectors, Rp 138 million for trading sector, Rp 60 million for agricultural sector, Rp 40 million for husbandry sector, Rp 115 million for ish cultivation sector, Rp 260 million for service sector.

For Community Development Program, the fund that were donated was Rp 191.9 million, with the details of its fund distribution are the education and training sector of Rp.8,75 million, the social communities sector (Poverty alleviation) of Rp. 13 million, infrastructure and utilities sectors of Rp 31.9 million, religious facilities sector of Rp 27.5 million and the public health sector of Rp.1 million and the grants of the partners products exhibition of Rp. 109.6 million. Tahun 2015, DAHANA telah menyalurkan sekitar Rp. 2,3 Miliar Untuk fungsi Pinjaman Modal Kerja atau sektor usaha ke sektor perindustrian, perdagangan, pertanian, perkebunan, perikanan dan jasa. Dari jumlah yang disalurkan tersebut, tingkat efektivitas Penyaluran Dana mencapai 85,06% (skor 2) dengan tingkat kolektibilitas 86,54% (skor 3), sehingga total skor adalah 5. Program Kemitraan dan Bina Lingkunganya itu

pemberdayaan potensial ekonomi masyarakat dan membantu menciptakan perekonomian yang tangguh dan mandiri di masyarakat sekitar daerah operasi perusahaan.

Prosedur penyaluran atau pemberian bantuan dan Pedoman Operasional Unit PKBL PT DAHANA (Persero) adalah mengacu pada Peraturan Menteri Negara BUMN No. PER-05/ MBU/2007, tanggal 27 April 2007 yang terakhir diperbaharui dengan Peraturan Menteri Negara BUMN No. PER-09/MBU/07/2015 tentang ProgramKemitraan BUMN dengan Usaha Kecil dan Program Bina Lingkungan.

PKBL DAHANA juga memberikan bantuan pinjaman dana dan hibah untuk kegiatan usaha kecil dan koperasi sebagai modal kerja. Sedangkan untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme mitra binaan, tim PKBL. DAHANA juga menyediakan layanan konsultasi pengetahuan manajemen usaha dan

membangun komunikasi yang harmonis dengan mitra-mitra binaan.

Agar Program Kemitraan dapat berjalan dengan efektif, DAHANA memfokuskan wilayah binaan di provinsi Jawa Barat, meliputi Tasikmalaya, Ciamis, Subang, dan sekitarnya. Dengan sektor yang dipilih meliputi

perindustrian, perdagangan, pertanian, peternakan, perikanan, dan jasa. Kinerja Program Kemitraan DAHANA cukup baik. Tahun 2015, DAHANA telah menyalurkan sekitar Rp. 2,3 Miliar untuk fungsi Pinjaman Modal Kerja atau sektor usaha ke sektor. Sesuai dengan tujuan semula bahwa keberadaan PKBL di harapkan dapat memberikan kesempatan bagi para pengusaha kecil untuk berkembang sehingga kelak nantinya mampu menjadi pengusaha yang mandiri, tangguh dan

bankable.

Partnership and Community Development Program (PKBL) of PT Dahana (Persero) is referring to the Regulation of State-Owned Companies Minister Number PER-05 / MBU/2007, dated April 27th, 2007, which was last updated by the Minister of State-Owned Companies Number PER-09/MBU/07/2015 on Partnership Program of State-Owned Companies with Small Business and Community Development Program.

DAHANA’s Partnership and Community Development Program (PKBL) also provided some fund loan and grant as business capital for small enterprise activities and cooperatives. To improve the professionalism of the assisted partners.

DAHANA’s Partnership and Community Development Program also provided business management knowledge consultation services and established a harmonious communication with its assisted partners.

To be able to run the Partnership Program effectively, DAHANA focused on some areas of assistance in West Java province covering Tasikmalaya, Ciamis, Subang and its surrounding. With the selected sectors include industry, trade, agriculture, livestock, isheries, and services. The performance of DAHANA's Partnership Program is good enough. In 2015, DAHANA has disbursed around Rp 2.3 Billion for Working Capital Loan or business sector. In accordance with the original purpose that the existence of Partnership and Community Development Program (PKBL) expected to provide opportunities for small entrepreneurs to grow so that someday they will be able to be independent businessman, tough and bankable.

Telah banyak sudah mitra yang dibina oleh PKBL PT DAHANA (Persero) dan tidak sedikit yang telah berhasil menjadi pengusaha yang profesional dan sukses sehingga tidak lagi masuk kedalam kategori pengusaha kecil, sehingga pemenuhan kebutuhan dananya tidak lagi dari dana Program Kemitraan tetapi mereka sudah berhubungan langsung dengan lembaga perbankan. Sejalan dengan relokasinya DAHANA dari Kota Tasikmalaya ke Kab. Subang pada tahun 2012, maka jumlah mitra binaan baru di Kab.Subang telah mengalami peningkatan atau pertumbuhan

yang signiikan.

C. Program Bina Lingkungan (BL)

Ruang lingkup Bantuan Program Bina Lingkungan BUMN Pembina (DAHANA) sesuai Permen BUMN No. PER-09/MBU/07/2015, tanggal 3 Juli 2015, pasal 9, ayat 3 huruf a-h adalah: Bantuan Korban Bencana Alam, Bantuan Pendidikan dan atau pelatihan, Bantuan Peningkatan Kesehatan, Bantuan Prasarana dan atau Sarana Umum, Bantuan Pelestarian alam, Bantuan Sosial Masyarakat dalam rangka Pengentasan Kemiskinan dan Upaya peningkatan Kapasitas Mitra Binaan. Tahun ini, total dana telah tersalur sebesar Rp. 191,89 juta untuk program Bina Lingkungan dengan alokasi terbesar pada bidang Pendidikan dan Pelatihan.

It has been many partners fostered by DAHANA’s Partnership and Community Development Program (PKBL) and not a few who have managed to become professional entrepreneurs and successful so that no longer categorized as small entrepreneurs, so that the fulillment of the funds are no longer from the Partnership Program funds but they are already in direct contact with banking institutions. Along with the relocation of DAHANA from Tasikmalaya City to Subang District in 2012, the number of newly established partners in Subang Distric had a signiicant improvement or growth.

(DAHANA) Community Development Program in accordance with the regulation of State-Owned Companies Number PER-09/MBU/07/2015, dated July 3rd, 2015, article 9, paragraph 3 a-h are : Help Victims of Natural Disasters, education or training assistance, health improvement assistance , facility assistance or public facilities, nature conservation assistance, social community assistance in the framework of Poverty Alleviation and Efforts to increase the capacity of Partners.

This year, the total funds have been distributed of Rp. 191.89 million to the Community Development Program with the largest allocation is in the ield of Education and Training.

Kegiatan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan

DAHANA memberikan bantuan di bidang pendidikan dan pelatihan dalam bentuk: Bantuan beasiswa diberikan kepada para pelajar berprestrasi dan tidak mampu dengan dilengkapi keterangan dari pihak sekolah, orang tua dan RT/RW setempat; Fasilitas pendidikan dan pengadaan sarana dan prasarana sekolah (umum, pesantren, madrasah) berupa perbaikan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan serta usaha-usaha dalam proses penelitian dan pengembangan pendidikan masyarakat; Pelatihan kepada warga sekitar guna menambah keterampilan dan kompetensi masyarakat, seperti pelatihan mengemudi, kursus komputer, dan kursus membatik.

Kegiatan Keagamaan

Bantuan diberikan untuk membantu kegiatan seremonial keagamaan berupa bantuan pembangunan dan perbaikan rumah ibadah, pengadaan sarana ibadah, dan pengadaan sarana penunjang lainnya agar dapat meningkatkan fungsi dan kegunaan fasilitas tersebut bagi masyarakat.

Kegiatan Peningkatan Kesehatan

Masyarakat

Bantuan ini ditujukan bagi peningkatan fasilitas kesehatan masyarakat yang meliputi pembangunan dan renovasi sarana pelayanan kesehatan, pembangunan dan renovasi sarana sanitasi umum, sunatan massal, pengobatan gratis masyarakat, pengadaan obat-obatan, Perbaikan Gizi Balita melalui Posyandu, serta kegiatan yang menyangkut pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat lainnya.

Bantuan pengembangan sarana dan prasarana umum ditujukan untuk membangun dan memperbaiki fasilitas umum sehingga dapat meningkatkan fungsi dan kegunaannya bagi masyarakat setempat, meliputi jalan umum, jembatan, sarana olah raga, dan fasilitas umum lainnya.

DAHANA provides assistance in the ield of education and training in the form of : scholarships assistance which are awarded to the exellent students and poor students itted with the refference from the school, parents and local authorized parties; Educational facilities and provision of school facilities and infrastructure (public, schools, madrassas) in the improvement of educational facilities as well as the efforts in research and development of public education ; Training for the local people in order to increase the skills and competence of the community, such as driver training, computer courses, and batik –making course.

Religious Programs

The aid was given to assist religious

ceremonial activities such as aid for building and renovating religious buildings, religious facility provisions, and other supporting facility provisions to increase the functions and beneits of those facilities for society.

Public Health Improvement Programs

The aid was intended to improve public health facilities which covered building and renovating health service facilities, building and renovating public sanitary facilities, mass circumcisions, free public medication, medicine provisions, nutrition improvement for children under ive years old through an integrated service post (Posyandu), and other activities related to public health service.

Public Facility Development

The aid for public facilities and infrastructure development is intended for establishing and ixing public facilities to improve their function and beneits for the local people; includes streets, bridges, sports facilities, and other public facilities.
