THE AMENDMENT TO THE ATTACHMENT TO THE
DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE
NO. 78/MPP/Kep/3/2001
ON GUDELINES FOR MINIMUM SERVICE STANDARDS (PSPM)
IN THE INDUSTRIAL AND TRADING SECTOR

THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE,

Considering :
a. that in the framework of facilitating service in the industrial sector, the Decree of the Minister of Industry
and Trade No. 78/MPP/Kep/3/2001 on guidelines for Minimum Service Standards (PSPM) in the industrial
and trading sector needs to be amended by supplementing a new point to the attachment to the said decree;
b. that in relation thereto, it is necessary to issue a decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade.
In view of :
1. Presidential Decree No. 165/2000 on the status, tasks, functions, authority, organizational structures and
working arrangements of ministries as already amended the latest by Presidential Decree No. 37/2001;
2. Presidential Decree No. 177/2000 on organizational structures and tasks of ministries as already amended
several times the latest by Presidential Decree No. 58/2001;
3. Presidential Decree No. 228/M/2001 on the establishment of the Gotong Royong (Mutual Cooperation)

Cabinet;
4. Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 78/MPP/Kep/3/2001 on guidelines for Minimum Service
Standards (PSPM) in the industrial and trading sector;
5. Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 86/MPP/Kep/3/2001 on the organization and working
arrangement of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
DECIDES :
To stipulate :

To amend by means of supplementing a new point to the Attachment of the Decree of the Minister of
Industry and Trade No. 78/MPP/Kep/3/2001 on guidelines for Minimum Service Standards (PSPM) in the
industrial and trading sector to become No. 29 as mentioned in the attachment to this decree.
SECONDLY :
This decree shall come into force as from the date of stipulation.

- Statement from industrial estate operating
company that the planned location is situated on
the Industry Allocation Area on the basis of
Regional Spatial Plan (RTRW) stipulated by the
relevant regency/city administration
a. As from the date of receipt of complete and true
application as well as the following documents :
- Latest information on the progress of
development of Industrial Estate Projects
- Site Plan already approved by the
regency/city administration on the basis of
RTRW
- Evidence of purchase of land according to
location
- Study on environmental impact analysis of
RKL and RPL of industrial estate already
approved by the regency/city administration
- Estate regulation

- Report on the condition of field to be able to
operate, minimally already available gateway
to industrial estate and waste water treatment
installation (IPAL) of industrial estate in
accordance with its environmental impact
analysis.
b. Field examination of document is executed by
the team of the regency/city administration and
mentioned in the official report on field
examination (BAPL).
