ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) mengetahui kepuasan peserta pelatihan dalam
mengikuti program pelatihan vokasi, (2) mengetahui pemahaman peserta pelatihan dalam
mengikuti program pelatihan vokasi, (3) mengetahui implementasi program pelatihan
vokasi, (4) menganalisis dampak program pelatihan vokasi, (5) mengetahui manfaat
program pelatihan vokasi, dan (6) merekomendasikan perbaikan pelatihan vokasi.
Penelitian evaluasi ini mengacu pada teori Kirkpatrick. Desain evaluasi tersebut
dikelompokkan atas empat level, yang meliputi: (1) level reaksi, (2) level pembelajaran, (3)
level tingkah laku, dan (4) level dampak. Sampel yang diteliti adalah 20 alumni pelatihan
menjahit pakaian, 20 alumni pelatihan hantaran, alumni pelatihan tata rias pengantin,
kepala sanggar kegiatan belajar ujung pandang kota Makassar, dan 3 instruktur pelatihan
vokasi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, pedoman wawancara, lembar observasi
dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistic deskriptif.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pelatihan vokasi (menjahit, hantaran,
dan tata rias pengantin) dengan menggunakan empat level model evaluasi Kirkpatrick
adalah sebabagai berikut. 1) Pelatihan menjahit: (a) kepuasan peserta sebesar: 25% peserta
sangat puas, 70% puas, dan 5% kurang puas. (b) pemahaman peserta sebesar: 5% peserta
sangat paham dan 95% peserta paham. (c) implementasi program sebesar: 5% sangat

mampu diimplementasikan dan 95% mampu diimplementasikan. (d) dampak program
sebesar: 5% sangat berdampak dan 95% berdampak. 2) Pelatihan hantaran: (a) kepuasan
peserta sebesar: 100% peserta puas. (b) pemahaman peserta sebesar: 100% peserta sangat
paham. (c) implementasi program sebesar: 100% sangat mampu diimplementasikan. (d)
dampak program sebesar: 100% sangat berdampak. 3) Pelatihan tata rias pengantin: (a)
kepuasan peserta sebesar: 5% peserta sangat puas, 70% puas, dan 25% kurang puas. (b)
pemahaman peserta sebesar: 65% peserta paham dan 35% peserta kurang paham. (c)
implementasi program sebesar: 80% mampu diimplementasikan dan 20% kurang mampu
diimplementasikan. (d) dampak program sebesar: 70% berdampak dan 30% kurang
berdampak. Manfaat dari program pelatihan vokasi, yaitu: mampu membuka peluang usaha
bagi alumni pelatihan, dan mampu bekerja diperusahaan industri kreatif. Rekomendasi
pelatihan vokasi. yaitu: penyelenggara memberikan asuransi kecelakaan bagi peserta
pelatihan dan memberikan materi tentang kewirausahaan.

This study aims to: (1) find out the satisfaction of trainees in vocational training

program, (2) find out the understanding of participants in a vocational training program, (3)
find out the implementation of the program vocational training, (4) analyze the impact of
vocational training programs, (5) find out the benefits of vocational training programs, and
(6) recommend the improvement of vocational training
This evaluation refers to the theoretical valuation of Kirkpatrick. This evaluation
designs were grouped into four levels, which include: (a) the level of reaction, (b) the level
of learning, (c) the level of behavior, and (d) the level of impact. The samples of the
research were (a) 20 alumni of training in sewing clothes, (b) 20 alumni of the training in
delivery, (c) bridal makeup training alumni, (d) the head of the learning activities studio in
Ujung Pandang, Makassar, and (e) three vocational training instructors. The data collecting
used questionnaires, interviews with the head of SKB Makassar, interviews with vocational
training instructors, vocational training observation sheets, and documentation. The data
were analyzed using descriptive statistics.
The results of the research shows that vocational training program (sewing,
wedding, delivering and make up) using four levels of Kirkpatrick’s evaluation model are
as follows. 1) Sewing training: (a) Trainee’s satisfaction obtains scores: 25% of very
satisfied, 70% satisfied and 5% less satisfied. (b) Trainee’s comprehension obtains scores:
5% of trainees highly comprehend and 95% of trainees comprehend. (c) Program
implementation obtains scores: 5% of highly implementable and 95% implementable. (d)
Program impact obtains scores of 5% high impact and 95% impact. 2) Wedding delivering

training: (a) Trainee’s satisfaction obtains a score of 100%. (b) Trainee’s comprehension
obtains a score of 100% (c) Program implementation obtains a score of 100%. (d) Program
impact obtains a score of 100%. (3) Wedding make up: (a) Trainee’s satisfaction obtains a
score of 5% very satisfied, 70% satisfied, and 25% less satisfied. (b) Trainee’s
comprehension obtains score of 65% comprehend and 35% less comprehend. (c) Program
implementation obtains a score of 80% implementable and 20% less implementable. (d)
Program impact obtains a score of 75% have impact and 30% have less impact. The
advantages of the vocational training program are to enable the program training alumni to
create entrepreneurship opportunity and work in creative industry companies. The
recommendations of the vocational training are the committees should provide safety
insurance for the trainees and provide the entrepreneurship learning material.
