Based Learning Terhadap Kreativitas dan Kebugaran Jasmani Siswa Dalam
Pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani di SD Negeri 2 Cisomang Barat. Skripsi
ini dibimbing oleh: Pembimbing I: Prof. Dr. Beltasar Tarigan, MS.,
Pembimbing II: Drs. Hendi Suhendi Pawaka.
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh model
pembelajaran Problem Based Learning terhadap kreativitas dan kebugaran
jasmani siswa dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani. Metode penelitian yang
digunakan adalah metode ekperimen dengan mengunakan desain penelitian
pretest-posttest control group desain. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa
SD Negeri 2 Cisomang Barat yang berjumlah 347 orang. Teknik pengambilan
sampel dengan purposive sampling yakni sebanyak 56 siswa. Instrumen penelitian
yang digunakan adalah angket kreativitas dan Tes Kebugaran Jasmani Indonesia
(TKJI). Uji hipotesis pertama hingga keempat menggunakan uji Paired Sample
Test. Hasil pengolahan data tentang pengaruh model Problem Based Learning
terhadap kreativitas dan kebugaran jasmani siswa (0,000) < taraf α = 0,05
(signifikan), dan pengaruh model konvensional terhadap kreativitas dan
kebugaran jasmani siswa adalah (0,000) < taraf α = 0,05 (signifikan). Uji hipotesis
kelima dan keenam menggunakan uji statistik non parametrik Mann Whitney.

Hasil pengolahan data tentang perbedaan rata-rata N-gain kreativitas dan
kebugaran jasmani siswa kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol adalah
(0,000) < taraf α = 0,05 (signifikan). Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan dan analisis
data dapat disimpulkan bahwa 1) terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran dengan model
pembelajaran Problem Based Learning terhadap kreativitas dan kebugaran
jasmani siswa. 2) terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran dengan model pembelajaran
konvensional terhadap kreativitas dan kebugaran jasmani siswa. 3) model
pembelajaran Problem Based Learning memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik
dalam meningkatkan kreativitas dan kebugaran jasmani siswa SD Negeri 2
Cisomang Barat dibandingkan model pembelajaran konvensional.

Learning in Elementary School 2 West Cisomang. This thesis is guided by:

Suhendi Pawaka.
The purpose of this study to determine whether there is influence learning
model Problem Based Learning in teaching physical education to creativity and
physical fitness of students at SDN 2 West Cisomang. The method used is the
method by using an experimental research design pretest-posttest control group
design. The population in this study were students of SD Negeri 2 West Cisomang
totaling 347 people. The sampling technique purposive sampling that is 56
students. The research instrument used was a questionnaire creativity and
Indonesia Physical Fitness Test (TKJI). First to fourth hypothesis test using Paired
Sample Test. The results of the data processing influences model Problem Based
Learning for the creativity and physical fitness of students is (0,000) < level α =
0,05 (significant), and the result of the processing of data on the effect of
conventional learning models for the creativity and physical fitness of students are

(0,000) < level α = 0,05 (significant). The fifth and sixth hypothesis testing using
non-parametric statistical test Mann Whitney. The results of data processing of the
difference in the average N-gain physical fitness of students' creativity and
experimental group and the control group was (0,000) < level α = 0,05
(significant). Based on the results of data processing and analysis can be
concluded that. 1) there are significant learning Problem Based learning teaching
model for the creativity and physical fitness of students. 2) there are significant
learning with conventional learning models for the creativity and physical fitness
of student. 3) Problem Based Learning learning model provides a better effect in
improving the physical fitness of students' creativity and SD Negeri 2 West
Cisomang than conventional learning models.
