ABSTRACT
Students are successorgeneration to continue the national development, to deve/op students potential so
that be have faith in God, good habits, health, know/edgeable, clever, creative, se/f-reliant, and can be
democrattc resrdence and be wise, not easy like reflects palm of hand. Government was trying a lot of
efforts to accompltsh the direction, there are was forming IJLJNo 22/2003 about ;ISDIKNASuD wo. s in
2005 about Natrona/ Sport System, PP No. 19/2005 about National Education Standard. The Government
glves prnrity t:: educatton budget be 20% from APBN and APBD, doing seminars activity and research
about education. Although in this era, what happened? We are very difficult to meet a chi/d who apply
,rint*rrrt in hnrtcn domain surrounding or schoo/, there are massive fight between
students and other.
Not only itt big city, but also in vtllages. even drugs user is increase in students and university student
domatn. Maybe it is because etiquette education is not enough, actua/ly it must gtves since eiementary
school grade, and informal eciucation from family. Physical education and sport are part of integral from
education system (campatible with ul,/ No 3 in 2005 about Nationa/ Sport System, chapter 1g sign I that

education sport are not unfied from {JlJ No. 20 in 2003 about National Education system. The soclal
function of Physical Education and Sport at school are to bui/d character by point of internalization,
personality ioundation, sportif, honest, discipline, responsibi/ity, cooperative, smart in cautiaus and
can
spend free time with creative?(Depdiknas, 2003). So, the conc/ution is physical Fducation and Sport ltave
