ABSTRAK
2016, Himawan Setyadi. Perancangan ilustrasi untuk promosi mini album
Band ISSUE Surakarta ini dilatarbelakangi oleh peluncuran album pertama
mereka yang akan dilaksanakan pada awal tahun 2016. Ilustrasi dipilih karena
dianggap sebagai media yang tepat dalam mewakili karakter musik dan personil
dari Band ISSUE. Media promosi yang digunakan juga sesuai dengan kebutuhan
dan keefektifan dalam mempromosikan mini album yang akan diluncurkan, antara
lain : label dvd/ vinyl, x-banner, tiket, poster, stick drum, pick gitar, case
handphone, dan masih banyak lagi. Perancangan ilustrasi untuk promosi mini
album Band ISSUE Surakarta ini diharapkan dapat menarik perhatian pecinta
musik indie sehingga mampu bersaing ditengah ketatnya persaingan di dunia
music.

ABSTRACT
2016, Himawan Setyadi. This illustration plan for ISSUE Band mini
album is based on their first album launching in early 2016. Illustration is chosen
because it can represent the music character and personnel of ISSUE Band.
Promotion media used is suitable with the need and the effectiveness in promote
their mini album, they are as follows: dvd label/ vinyl, x-banner, ticket, poster,
stick drum, guitar pick, handphone case,and many more. This illustration plan
for ISSUE Band mini album is aimed to attract the indie music lovers so that
ISSUE Band could compete in the music world.
