Apart fo rm this, this Law will b e a fo undatio n fo r e valuating and adapting all applic ab le laws and re g ulatio ns whic h c o ntain stipulatio ns o n the e nviro nme nt, that is laws and re g ulat io ns re g ard ing irrig at io n, mining and e ne rg y, fo re st ry, b io lo g ic al and e c o syst e m re so urc e c o nse rvat io n , indust ry, human se ttle me nt, spatial o rde ring , land use, and o the rs.
