Tujuan dari laporan tugas akhir ini adalah mengetahui bagaimana peran dan tanggung
jawab asisten produksi dalam seluruh rangkaian produksi program “Cahaya Hati” di ANTV,
mulai dari proses praproduksi, produksi, sampai pascaproduksi, serta mengetahui kendalakendala yang dihadapi tim asisten produksi dalam seluruh rangkaian tersebut.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penyusunan Laporan Tugas Akhir ini adalah metode
deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi dan studi kepustakaan.
Hasil dari observasi ini menunjukan bahwa tim asisten produksi pada program
Cahaya Hati bertugas dalam semua tahapan produksi, meliputi praproduksi, produksi, dan
pascaproduksi. Maka dari penulisan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa program cahaya hati
sudah sesuai dengan teori dan SOP yang di dalamnya meliputi proses praproduksi, produksi
dan pascaproduksi. Kendala yang sering dihadapi adalah kurangnya koordinasi antara
produser dengan asisten produksi karena pihak talent/penceramah sering membatalkan
jadwalnya untuk shooting, selain itu kurang nya SDM (Sumber Daya Manusia) pada asisten
produksi “Cahaya Hati” membuat kerja asisten produksi terlalu berat.

Padjadjaran, Jatinangor.
The objective of this observation is to roles and responsibilities of assistant
production in the program “Cahaya Hati” ANTV. That includes pre-production, production,
and post-production. The other objective is to know any obstacles in thoses phases.
The methods which are used in this Final Task is a descriptive methods with data
collecting methods of observation, literature studies, and Interviews.
The results of this observation shows that production assistant team is involved in
every phases of production proses in “Cahaya Hati”, which are pre-production, production,
and post-production. So writing can be decuded that the program Cahaya Hati in accordance
with the the theory and SOP are in the process preproduction, production and postproduction. Obstacles found in those phases are the lack of coordination between a producer
with the assistant production because the talent often off the schedule for shooting, besides
the lak of human resources in the production makes work assistant production too heavy.
