Perancangan Conveyor Rantai Yang Berfungsi Membawa Ampas Tebu Sebagai Bahan Bakarboilerpada Pabrik Gula Dengan Kaspaitas 42 Ton Jam

ABSTRAK
Pada dasarnya teknologi dibutuhkan untuk mempermudah kerja manusia.
Satu diantara bentuk hasil teknologi yang dapat membantu manusia dalam
melakukan proses produksi pada sebuah pabrik adalah Mesin Pemindah Bahan.
Dalam hal pemindahan bahan, teknologi yang sering dipakai adalah berupa
konveyor dan mesin mesin hidrolik lainya. Konveyor digunakan untuk
memindahkan benda dalam arah vertical,horizontal, dan atau kombinbsi
keduanya. Pada dasarnya konveyor lebih sering dipakai dalam industry atau
pabrik-pabrik dalam skala sedang dan skala besar.
Perancangan konveyor harus disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dari fungsi
konveyor itu sendiri, merupakan hal yang jadi pertimbangan utama dalam
merancang suatu konveyor yang digunakan untuk proses tertentu. Konveyor
pada dasarnya menggunakan alat yang tidak sederhana, dimana komponen
utama yang dipakai dalam merencanakan konveyor dengan jenis rantai
diantaranya meliputi motor penggerak, jenis rantai, sproket, poros dan lainya.
Pada perencanaan yang dilakukan, mesin menggunakan kopling penghubung
yang berfungsi untuk menyambung dan memutuskan hubungan putaran antara
poros input ke output.
Dengan perancangan mesin pemindah bahan tersebut maka dapat
digunakan untuk memindahkan material dalam jarak tertentu dan dalam
kapasitas yang ditentukan.

ABSTRACT
Basically the technology needed to facilitate the human labor . One of the
technologies which form the results can help people in the process of production
in a factory is Materials Handling Equipment . In terms of material removal , the
technology is often used in the form of hydraulic conveyors and other machinery .
Conveyors are used to move objects in the vertical direction , horizontal , and or
kombinbsi both. Basically conveyor often used in industry or factories in medium
scale and large scale .
The design of the conveyor must be tailored to the needs of the function of
the conveyor itself , it is so major consideration in designing a conveyor that is
used for a particular process . Conveyors are basically using a tool that is not
simple , in which the main components used in planning the type of chain
conveyors which contain the motor , the type of chain , sprocket , shaft and others.
At the planning is done , the machine uses clutch liaison that serves to connect and
disconnect rotation between the input shaft to the output .

With the design of the material transfer machine it can be used to move
materials within a certain distance and in a specified capacity .
