  Abstract

There are inadequate systems of Japanese language course system in Indonesia, while we know that Japanese language is one of the most important languages in the world in the globalization era. The efficient standard for operating is the most important part for the improvement of all stake holders in this case. Furthermore, the information technology development nowadays brings automated system and integrated system that improve the service quality. Currently all the documentations are made on the manual way or old style that stimulate the human error and data inconsistency. Through this system, it will give benefits that comparable to the cost expended by the Japanese course in order to achieve higher perfection of the teaching process and high quality students. Methods used in the development of the system are applied based the information systems skill that I have learnt almost four years, with strict guideline for analyzing the existing problem into the conceptual design for vigorous solution. Another method used for compiling the solution is business process modeling and simulation approach with system analysis and design framework. The system that I developed is prototype or a small picture of the real solution, this prototype equipped with dummy data built with Microsoft Access application. The purpose of this prototype is to give empirical overview for the public of the real system that proposed. In conclusion, my intention to do this in my thesis is to create better system for run Japanese course in Indonesia and it can be developed in advanced technology later on.
