There is no monopoly for providing nat ional t ext book
2.
The schools select for t hemselves for using t he t ext book for
no longer t han 5 years
3.
The st udent s are free t o select t heir t ext books and t o buy
t hem at bookst ores
4.
The t eachers are forbidden t o sell t he t ext books
5.
The schools have obliged t o provide t he t ext book for t heir
lower economic st udent s
6.
The Minist ry of Educat ion have t he right t o copy t he books,
t o publish and sell t hem wit h t he lower prizes.
7.
The Minist ry of Educat ion encourages t he Dist rict t o have
t heir own book-st ores.
