ANALISIS REFERENSI TERHADAP DISERTASI PROGRAM DOKTOR (S3) ILMU HUKUM TAHUN 2012 2013 FAKULTAS HUKUM UNIVERSITAS PADJADJARAN.
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik literatur yang sering
digunakan mahasiswa program doktor (S3) Ilmu Hukum Fakultas Hukum
Universitas Padjadjaran dalam menulis disertasi tahun 2012 – 2013 yang meliputi
pengarang, jenis, bahasa, usia, dan paro hidup literatur yang sering disitir. Metode
yang digunakan adalah kajian bibliometrika deskriptif. Populasi diambil dari data
disertasi tahun 2012 – 2013 yang tersedia di Perpustakaan Universitas Padjadjaran
dengan jumlah 47 disertasi. Seluruh disertasi dijadikan sampel penelitian. Hasil
penelitian pada keseluruhan disertasi dengan jumlah 8427 sitiran dengan rata-rata
361 sitiran per disertasi. Bagir Manan menjadi pengarang yang paling sering
disitir, buku menjadi jenis literatur peringkat utama yang sering disitir, bahasa
Indonesia menjadi bahasa yang paling banyak digunakan, usia literatur yang
paling banyak disitir yaitu 0 – 10 tahun sebanyak 3755 sitiran (44,61%), dan usia
literatur terbaru yaitu 2013, serta paro hidup literatur adalah 11,8 tahun.

The purpose of this research to investigate the characteristics of commonly used
literature of doctoral program student (S3) Law Science, Faculty of Law,
Padjadjaran University in writing a dissertation in 2012-2013 that includes
author, type, language, age, and half-life are often cited literature. The method
used is descriptive bibliometric. Population data which is taken from a
dissertation in 2012 - 2013 are available at the Library of the Padjadjaran
University the number 47 dissertations. The whole dissertation research sample.
Results of research on the whole dissertation with the number of citations in 8427
the average 361 citations per dissertation. Bagir Manan become the most
frequently cited author, the book became the main type of literature that is often
cited rankings, Indonesian language became the most language always been used,
most of cited literature have been used on 0 – 10 year were 3755 cited (44,61%),
and half-life is 11.8 years literature
