Perbandingan Algoritma Wiener Dan Lucy-Richardson Untuk Memperbaiki Kualitas Citra

ABSTRAK

Blur dan noise pada citra adalah salah satu masalah yang sering ditemui pada suatu
citra digital . Citra yang blur dan bernoise tersebut dapat diakibatkan oleh berbagai
sebab, diantaranya kurangnya focus saat pengambilan citra, kurangnya pencahayaan,
dll. Salah satu cara untuk mengembalikan citra tersebut yaitu dengan proses restorasi.
Restorasi citra yaitu berkaitan dengan penghilangan atau pengurangan degradasi pada
citra. Hal yang dilakukan disini yaitu proses restorasi terhadap citra yang blur dan
bernoise (salt and pepper, speckle, dan gaussian) sedangkan algoritma yang digunakan
untuk merestorasi citra tersebut yaitu filter Wiener dan Lucy-Richardson. Parameter
yang digunakan untuk mengukur nilai perbandingan antara kedua algoritma restorasi
yaitu MSE dan PSNR. Pengujian sistem ini menggunakan citra berformat *.jpeg dan
*.bmp. Berdasarkan beberapa hasil pengujian diperoleh hasil bahwa, walaupun
dibedakannya kadar blur dan noisenya sama ataupun kebalikannya mempengaruhi
keadaan citra tersebut untuk direstorasi. Filter Wiener lebih baik dalam merestorasi
blur dan noise citra dibandingkan Lucy-Richardson.

ABSTRACT
Blur and noise in the image is one of the problems often encountered in a digital
image. Image blur and noise can be caused by various reason, including a lack of focus
when shooting images, the lack of lighting, etc. One way to restore the image that the
restoration process. Image restoration is related to the removal or reduction in image
degradation. Things to do here is the restoration of the image blur and noise (salt and
pepper, Speckle, and gaussian) while the algorithm used for the image restoration
filters that Wiener and Lucy-Richardson. The parameters used to measure the value of
the comparison between the two restoration algorithms is MSE and PSNR. The test of
this system using image format *.jpeg dan *.bmp. Based of the some results obtained
that, although with different blur and the same noise or opposite affect the shape of the
image to be restored. Wiener filter better in restoring blur and noise image compared
Lucy-Richardson.
