This research aims to test the influence ofcomplaint resolutions and corporate image to customer loyalty. Data
collecting conducted by disseminating questionare. This instrument was adopted by Andreassen (I 999).
Respondent in this research represent the Natasha Skin Care customers in Yogyakarta.
Influence of complaint resolutions and corporate image customer loyalty analyzed using multiple regression.
Results indicate that there are influence of complaint resolutions and corporate image to customer loyalty by
parsial and simultant. This researchs shows the same result by Andreassen {1999).
