The background of thisresearchbecause manydeaf childrenwho havehearing loss
thatresults instuntedchildren with hearing impairmentsinlanguage, receptive
languagein particular.Efforts by researchers in receptive language skills is to use
the media Animation. This research aims toprove the effectiveness ofthe medium
of animation film inreceptivelanguage skillsof deaf childreninspecial
schoolsCicendoBandung. Samples takenin this study were9studentsin class

This
research
methodisexperimentalresearchdesign withone grouppre-testpost-test design.
Datawere analyzed usingtheWilcoxon testof receptivelanguage skillsof deaf
children. The results of this study it can be concluded that the hypothesis proposed
in this study received due to an increase in receptive language abilities of deaf
children after being given a treatment in the form of animated feature film that
looks of achievement indicators that learners are able to recount and rewrite the
contents of the animated film with a coherent and using structures appropriate
sentence, read and write procedures food packaging. This research canbe
