ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study to describe the working environment of physical and non-physical as well as
employee satisfaction, identify and analyze the partial significant influence on the working environment of
physical and non-physical job satisfaction, identify and analyze the significant effect simultaneously on the
physical working environment and non-physical on employee job satisfaction. This study is an explanatory
research using quantitative approach. The number of samples in this study amounted to 96 people who are
all employees of Perum Perhutani Ngawi. The samples using sampling techniques saturated. Analysis of the
data used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. In partial physical work
environment has a significance level of 0.019. While the non-physical work environment variables have a
significance level of 0.000. Simultaneously, work environment, physical and non physical significant effect
on employee job satisfaction can be seen from the value (sig) F
