  Dalam rangka penelitian, maka bersama dengan ini saya mohon bantuan bapak/ibu Pegawai Negeri Sipil DINPERINDAG PROV. JATENG ( Bidang Industri Agro, Kimia dan Hasil Hutan (IAKHH) ) untuk berpartisipasi sebagai responden dalam penelitian ini. Untuk itu saya mohon kuesioner ini diisi oleh bapak/ibu untuk menjawab seluruh pernyataan yang telah disediakan dengan sebenar-benarnya tanpa ada paksaan dari pihak manapun.
